I took my Jetta Volkswagen to be diagnosed an fixed $2500 and 3 visit later I'm being told it's another $ 1000 to fix my radiator witch is now the problem.I think it is very unfair that I should be held accountable for their mechanics misdiagnosis and still not have a running Vehicle ! I feel like because I was a women they took advantage of me ! I was originally told it would be $560 to fix my coolant leak on 2/28 and that my vehicle would be fixed that day , after leaving they called me back and said it would now be $18.000 to fix my car . I agreed and they said it would be 7 days 3/01 they called and said my vehicle was running and ready to go so I picked it up . 03/04 it began leaking again so I took it back .03/ 06 I i was told it was my radiator that is now the problem and it would be and additional $1000 to stop my coolant leak and $700 of that is labor . It's very upsetting and I will not be doing business with the company ever again and I would not recommend them to anyone definitely not a women.

My family has been taking our cars to Mr. Rick for well over 10 years. As women, it's hard to take your car to mechanics and not get ripped off. NOT HERE!! Expect to be told exactly what work is needed, to be given the best price in town and for the work to be completed in a timely manner. I refuse to use anyone else!

They told me I needed a new transmission and I did not. I had a secondary mechanic look at it who fixed the issue with a sensor. The saddest part is when I called back to ask a question they said, " oh your the one with a the new transmission, if you're still having problems with it bring it back." Which leads one to assume that they do not research problems they just throw expensive often financed and unnecessary parts into the vehicles. They seemed great at first but wow.. get a second or 3rd opinion please!
