Stopped in for the first time on Saturday at this place so didn’t realize they closed at 1:00. The guy that is running the place is very rude and unprofessional. He made comments like “we close in 7 minutes” to me and my elderly mother in law because she wasn’t moving fast enough for him! He also got irritated because he had to make a few copies of things for her and then fax a large packet. He then far went on to say under his breath, but I could hear, when she commented about the price he said “ well you are faxing a book”” he is so rude and not a good customer service person! No coming back to this place!

I went in to Post & Parcel to send some documents via FedEx. Jay was the person working the day I came in. After entering the shipping address into the computer he told me the shipping address wasn't in the system. I reiterated that it was a business address and he said "well I don't know what to tell you, if it's not in the system we can't ship it." I again told him it has to be there as it was a county jail that I'm sending them to. He just stood there shaking his head. I told him never mind and went to give him the FedEx envelope back and he waved his hand away at me and rudely told me "just take it." I then had to drive to FedEx in Conyers. I gave them the same paper that the address was written on. They pulled the address up and had it entered, packed, and ready to send in less than 5 minutes!Jay at Post & Parcel needs to get out of the customer service industry. To the owner of Post & Parcel, you should better train your employees and maybe read some of these negative reviews about your business and who you have representing it. I will never attempt to do business with Post & Parcel in Covington, Ga. again.
