My provider was very attentive and listened to my concerns. She addressed everything very thoroughly so that I understood the plan for my care. She also took the extra measures to see if she could pinpoint the nature of my illness to treat me mire specifically. She was amazing!

My visit was very good, the staff was excellent, my only complaint was that I had a one o'clock appointment but wasn't seen until almost two o'clock. Pleasant experience overall

Though the wait can be very long even with the pre-reservation system, the service is extremely good. The doctors and staff are always very warm and personable so I keep coming back sine they are close to my home as my primary care is with Emory in Alpharetta and they are affiliated.

Waited an hour to be seen even though I made an appointment. Not a huge deal but then proceeded to have to wait another hour plus just for test results that were supposed to only take 20 mins from what I was told. No one even bothered to come back in my room and keep me updated on wait times or anything. Spent almost 3 hours of my day here feeling horrible just to even see what was wrong with me.

I hardly ever do reviews, but this place has earned a great one. Everyone we came in contact with was so friendly, and the doctor was very knowledgeable and personable. We were a walk-in, and got pulled back within 45 minutes, which isn’t bad in my book. Highly recommend.

First time ever being in this urgent care and it was unpleasant. We walked in our son who needed to be seen for pink eye. Receptionist asked if we had an appointment. I said no, because I didn’t know we needed one. She rolled her eyes and then stared at me before saying they’re not taking walk-ins and there’s no one available to see us. We walked right out. Won’t be back. It was the eye roll for me. I understand needing an appointment and if you’re short staffed.

I’m so glad I made an appointment. I was feeling horrible and Mrs Lisa Roseberry was so nice and she actually listens to her patients. She had me feeling better the next day after seeing her. I would definitely go back if I need too. Thanks

Everyone was very nice and personable. And the care received was sufficient. The only negative was the wait time. There were only a few (3-4) patients there at the time but I still spent over 2hours in all from entry to leaving. Thats the only exception to 5 stars that I experienced. It’s fair to note I arrived about 7mins late (not my norm) for my appointment. Not sure if that played a factor in the time. I doubt it because there was someone there before me that was waiting about 20minutes while I was there before she was called back. On any account, I want to be fair and as objective as possible in my reviews.

Waiting time great for urgent care. Great location. Friendly front desk and back office staff. Nurse Practioner we saw was friendly and thorough. Only complaint is that I had to call twice to get results. Would go again.

I was not feeling well and had flu symptoms. I tested negative for Covid so I made an appt at 1pm. I paid my copay and was swabbed for the flu. The nurse comes back and says they are out of the flu test! WTH! In the middle of the flu season??!! I wasted my time and money!! I gave another star because the place is really clean?

I had a great experience at this urgent care. All of the employees were polite and efficient. I was in 10/10 pain and they did everything to make sure I was comfortable during my stay.

I went in becuz I was not feeling my self. Sore throat and body aches. I set my appt online, came in on time and went through the process. The staff was very nice and the doctor was even more nice and remembered me from al previous visit. Always very knowledgeable and extremely friendly,I felt better just to talk to her. My experience was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just went today it was fast everyone was nice. I was in so much pain I have a toothache the nurse gave me a shot and I feel so much better picking up my prescription now. It was so much better than going to the ER thanks ladies ❤️
