Literally the best experience I've ever had at an Urgent Care. I was hesitant at first because I'm usually met with a rude staff
This was not the case here. I was definitely treated with care by everyone in the office

First time that I've been to an Immediate Care facility and I will be using it again. The personnel were professional, courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful. You are treated as a valued client and I appreciated that very much.
I went online to see where the office was and it offered an appointment time for me, yea!!!! I didn't have to wait. Very clean and calming office. I saw the FNP (Nurse Practioner), she was thorough, patient. And friendly. I have nothing but praises for this office and the staff. The people were great....my diagnosis, not so great....Covid.?? ??. I recommend this office if you live in Covington or are willing to drive the distance. I felt so bad that I would have gone anywhere to get relief.

The NP I believe her name was Ann or Annie was exceptional! Very human connected and I can tell she had a passion for what she Does for a living. I felt heard seen and understood.
Thanks to her, and I will go to see her again if necessary

I booked and checked in online, got in at my scheduled time, and was out within the hour. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. I will return here for future urgent care needs.

The staff was very nice, and professional from the moment I walked in until the minute I walked out. Dr. Lisa was very soothing, easy to talk to. Other's could learn a few things from her. I even asked her jokingly if she'd come join the Kaiser Permanente family to be my primary care doctor ?. She's that good ??

My visits here are great the doctors listen to what you are saying is making you feel bad, and then treats it well. The nurses and receptionist are polite. The waiting room and examination rooms are clean but cold. My doctor I wish Dr. Anna was my primary physician. I am waiting on my blood work to return by tomorrow.
