“To the owner of Mayfield Ace Hardware. I want to let you know that you have an outstanding employee. This employee went out of her way to help me get a generator to help my parents have power. She took my name and number down to let me know when it arrived. I called and a young man told me I wasn't gonna be able to get it until tomorrow. She immediately called me back and said my generator was there. This is what I call superior customer service. And for that great customer service I will be back again. This employee is Ms MB. “So I didn't actually purchase any paint from this location but my 2yr old is potty training and really had to go. I stopped in and without hesitation all three gentlemen greeted me and Darrius pointed me to the restroom. Which I must say was very clean and well kept.
