He was very truthful and recommended I use the 100% synthetic oil because of the high mileage. Ben also said I had two recalls with my manufacturer. After the oil change and cabin air filter replacement, all was good to go. I appreciate good customer service in a world that most companies have forgotten how to treat their customers.”

“Fast, honest, service, and they even changed my wiper blades. Kevin, Tim, and Brian were all very professional and provided excellent customer service. The oil change took less than 10 minutes and they gave me an estimate of cost before proceeding. I will definitely be returning. I've been to quite a few oil-changing places in Covington, and this is my favorite so far. I was surprised to learn that they do so much more than oil changes. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.”
