I shouldn’t have to come in a gas station and be watched by a cashier and who ever her friend is for the day leaning over the counter. It’s unprofessional and uncomfortable when you can just say something and not stare. Do better or hire better.

No matter when I come midnight on my way home from work or 7 am on the way to work the staff is always courteous. The cigarette prices are great. So glad they are open until 12:30 am.

When did Covington get so rude. Ive been out here for 11 yrs and it seems like customer service has gone down hill. Maybe it's time to send secret shoppers to show the corporate office what the customers have to deal with. Maybe do some corrective acting by reteaching common courtesy and whatever policy is left of walmart implement it to the staff. I know not to come to this gas station again.

This location doesn’t have a good selection of items. No matter when I go. It’s been over a year and no improvement.Update Sept 2022idk what’s going on with the condiments but the manager here told a customer that it’s acceptable to find WATER in the sugar canisters for the coffee. She (in a rude and snarky tone) said that all of the sugar they’ve gotten is like that. I find that hard to believe and unacceptable given the current COVID environment we are living in. Not a good look ?

This location now has a decent selection of products to choose from. It's one of the popular gas stops here in Covington. HOWEVER you may have to pull out your sista/brotha card out with some of the cashiers. They give you attitude at times --remember this is Walmart after all. This is one of the best gas stations in Covington because of its low prices. It actually has one of the lowest gas prices in the whole state at just $3.76 a gallon. NICE

This station had the lowest prices in Covington at the time we were visiting the city. The employees seem to be friendly and they had a variety of snacks for sale. If we are in the area again and need gas we won't hesitate to stop in for gas again. It's pretty typical for a Murphy fuel center. If you've been to one expect the same here. No frills and low prices. That being said it was a good overall experience

The people are usually friendly here the only complaint I have is that they a lot of times don't have what I want or if they do the supply is very low other that that it's a good place.

I believe everyone should be treated the same. Its crazy how 2 white Americans were working the register and a white American orders tobacco and they don't ID her, but I'm right behind her and I have to show ID, me being a black American. Not that I don't respect them for asking for my ID, but it just shows how being a white American can have its privileges. Do better Walmart, definitely not a good look.
