During a recent visit to your car wash, I experienced a significant issue. While my car was being washed, the front bumper detached due to the pressure of the water and air. I requested to speak with a manager, who retrieved the necessary part but proceeded to handle the situation in a manner that I found to be discourteous. He mentioned that he was occupied with the card area and unable to assist me further, displaying an overall lack of empathy. The service I received was exceptionally poor, and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. My experience was extremely unsatisfactory, and I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction.

Sometimes they broom the front, back and top and other times they don't. Does not do family plans with multiple vehicles at discount

There is always and I mean. Always something broke with this car wash every time I go through it. I made a statement to the manager ( Obviously acted like he did not give a damn) That my bill never gets adjusted for a half of a wash. The guy did not have any sense of humor about that. In fact try to convince me that the PART'S that are always broke are extra items and have nothing to do with the car getting clean ?. Lol ok then
Besides that, complaints have been made And every time a complaint has been made I've been told someone will follow-up within 24 to 48 hours.And of course , all of that has turned into weeks that have turned into months. Therefore that is the reasoning of this review. FYI For anyone reading this review, there is a new car.Wash right down the street called charlie's. I highly recommend you given them a try. I.

This location and I love the other ones is lazy, doesn’t prewash windows or even spray anything. I try to avoid it but if I’m on that side of town I go hoping once someone will not be stopping all the cars trying to upsell the titanium WHICH I ALREADY HAVE AND ATILL HAVE TO WAIT. Not the goal of quick washed is to wait and not get clean .

I FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY!!!
CONSUMERS BE AWARE THAT CAR INSURANCE CLAIMS MADE TO REPAIR POSSIBLE DAMAGE THAT MAY BE CAUSED BY ANY AUTOMATIC CAR WASH COULD STAY ON YOUR POLICY FOR UP TO 5 YEARS, WHICH ALSO COULD AFFECT CAR INSURANCE PREMIUM RATES!!! IT IS NOT WORTH THE RISK!!!!
I immediately noticed damage to my car after running my car thru the Mister Car wash Covington , Ga location on 05/29/24. I filed a claim with Mister Car Wash Covington, Ga location concerning the damage that I noticed to my car immediately after running my car thru the car wash. Mister Car Wash reviewed my incident claim for the damage that I immediately noticed to my car after running my car thru Mister Car Wash Covington, Ga location on 05/29/24. Mister Car Wash denied all liability for the damages to my car that I noticed immediately after running my car thru the Mister Car Wash Covington, Ga location. I canceled my membership with Mister Car Wash and will never use an automatic car wash again! Notice how gentle the scratch is….SMH…

Your car will be cleaner than when it went in but don't expect too much. It does miss spots and all of the parts aren't always working. Staff is great and vacuums are good but wash could be improved I think.

This place may be new and nice and always busy, but they do not accept over height vehicles. I was sent from my shop in Conyers to get my work vehicle washed, and this place is near my house so I decided I would use them. When I pulled up, I was unfortunately met with the fact that I was unable to use this facility. They do not accept vehicles that are over average height. Regular cars and trucks may be OK but anything higher than that is definitely not.
