The nurse practioner Althea Chung-Ferguson although seemed quite adept my visit did not start out well. I checked in at the kiosk while she was with another patient , and apparently she is notified or maybe it was because she saw me in the waiting area when she came out to show the patient where to find something in store. She comes back, enters LPN's office and comes out and re enters her own office leaving the door open.Just before the LPN comes out she says in a low voice "oh I see him" to which the LPN apparently doesn't hear.I am confronted by the LPN in a rude manner wanting to know if I had an appointment? When I replied yes she asked for my name to verify. Maybe they were ready for an early lunch since my appointment was at 12:30. There's much more that could be written such as my prescription that was supposed to be phoned in to another pharmacy wasn't and the LPN telling me that the person I talked to the following morning had no way to tell if the script was sent in even though she said that it wasn't and worked for Minute clinic, and then the PN tellng me that the other pharmacy need to get there stuff together as if I worked at the other pharmacy. In short these two "professionals" are very unprofessional and need to learn how to deal with the public.

Making an appointment was very quick and easy. Ms. Gayann and everyone else in the office were very knowledgeable and kind. I was in and out with no issues. It was a very smooth process from beginning to end. I would come back again!

Do not come here, they just want your money. If you see Yasmin Sealey at the clinic RUN. This woman does not belong in the medical field. Just because she puts on a doctors coat doesn’t mean she is a professional doctor. She was trying to get me to take all sorts of tests and charge me for all sorts of things and I kept saying no. Her customer service is garbage. She has no manners. She is probably upset that she got stuck at a minute clinic after all the other jobs that required “friendly and professional staff” exposed her as a rude & insolent woman.

If I could give it 0 stars I would and I typically don't complain but the ladies they have working there just do not care. I went in for something and the physician looked at me like she was disgusted to see me. I understand being in the medical field is taxing on a person but if you truly do not care for people just do not work in a medical field.

NURSE PRACTITIONER Yasmin Sealey was a pretentious and judgemental woman who passive aggressively insinuated I was dishonest. Her blond curly-haired LPN was no better at dealing with people, they act as if they didn’t go to school & apply for these positions.Update, Yasmin Sealey had me pay her in cash but never sent a receipt or uploaded proof, now my insurance is saying I never paid this bill. Please avoid this place unless you have no options within a 1,000 miles radius ?!!!

Wasn’t treated correctly and ended up having to go back to an urgent care a week later. Also billed insurance incorrectly and had to call to get fixed.

The staff are lazy, bitter, rude! I wish I did not have to give a star. The price for a sports physical is extremely high. $70 for a sports physical is highway robbery! Thankfully they canceled my appointment while I was there. I found a better clinic that was much friendlier and inexpensive. If you are looking to get a sports physical try Atlanta Plus Urgent Care in Conyers Ga. They have excellent service!

I scheduled appointments for my two daughters for sports physicals. There are no indication on the website that they don't accept insurance for sport physical. The nurse practitioner was very rude about the situation. No one never answers the phone. If I had known that the physicals we're freaking $69 I would have never booked an appointment or even came. I will say that the lady at the front desk was very nice, great customer service. This is definitely my last visit.

This place is horrible. I had a terrible sinus infection and it was obvious. Nurse practitioner says he won’t give me a antibiotic for no reason. Wasted my entire morning for nothing.I went online got an examination myself and got an antibiotic and saved $100. Don’t ever go here please….

I had a great experience at this clinic. The doctor has a great bedside manner. She listened to me and asked questions to make sure she understood what my concerns were. The only drawback is the pharmacists are not knowledgeable about the MISSION act or the VA formulary. She incorrectly said I had to pay a copay for the meds the doctor prescribed. In my case, (NOT EVERYONE) I get a 14-day supply of any of the meds the doctor prescribes at no cost.

CVS minute clinic IS LYING!!! The COVID test is NOT FREE!!! My insurance company was sent 2 bills . One for $150 and another for $39. How is that FREE!!! If I didn’t have insurance then what??? Stop advertising free Covid test then bill the insurance company. I will NEVER in my entire life go to a minute clinic or a CVS again. That is deceitful. When I call and ask about it, the person hung up on me. Find another place to get tested or say you have no insurance.

Unreliable and they don't care. If you are getting a COVID test for traveling, find a more reliable place. CVS will not give your results in 1 to 2 days as they say. Sure they will blame in high volume, but if you don't hire enough people for the job, don't say 1 to 2 days; be honest upfront.
