I visited and did purchase a phone from this location today. I actually came in the store , went back out But then I had to go back in to tell the customer service guy thank you for all his help. I am old and he explained the phone stuff to me. Very patient , polite , and so helpful. If anyone lives in Covington and needs phone service I would suggest to go visit joe. On Washington street. They need to hire more people like him
