Trey the manager and the rest of his incompetent staff , telling me he can’t remake my incorrect pizza because it’s not his fault it’s wrong. That’s customer service one on one. You staff dropped maybe two pizzas and you took three to your family so you can’t remake it because you’re missing out on cost . Never have I ever heard food can not be remade on the phone with a sarcastic tone . Marco’s you disgust me hire better staff because Trey at the brown bridge in Covington ga location is not it and to put such a dummy wit no customer service in management is not a smart move especially if he doesn’t know how to recount for a messed up order . You need me to help you order your next truck ? This use to be my favorite location and I probably wouldn’t order from any again and I’m going to make sure everybody I know doesn’t either . He could have simply remade it . I called with nothing be purest intentions and they made the call hostile . After staying my allergy to cheese he said that is not his problem . I agreed it is not I’m just asking to be remade I got the pizza for delivery due to the lack of transportation and agreed to come up there to pick up and he did not care what I had going on . Take a hospitality course baby and go across the street at the gas station less customer interaction over there . After all of the that the “manager “ “Trey “ ( his mother probably didn’t even name him Trey , definitely a nickname which is not what I asked for ) he didn’t want to provide me with the cooperate number which is nine times out of ten in the drive through window which he told me it was not .Kid-friendliness: Awful customer service.

Young man with wrist brace and the delivery driver were EXTREMELY pleasant and impressive. Many customers were frustrated at high waiting times but the team moved efficiently and effectively and the food came out veryyyy good. Next time before you go out to order somewhere or eat somewhere consider the workers before you cause a scene. Escalating the situation doesn’t help them get things done :)

The first time I order to be delivered and went through all the motion and my order accepted I get an call from the manager to be informed they are not making my order because thwy stop taking delivery orders at 9 pm.So I ask why your website doesn't say that? I ordered 3 pizza and they all was old pizza's. Couldn't eat the pizza 48.00 waste. I lived to far to take it back, the manager need to be gone. She is rude no customer service. Will not go back, I tried to give them a other chance but I guess the owner doesn't care about his business.
