I like the work just not having luck getting my paid for uniforms. Can someone please contact me with the correct hours of operation.

Do not recommend this place at all. They are quite unprofessional (I don't think they ever answered the phone with the name of the business), and they are not helpful. We were told a school jacket would take 6 weeks, and we finally picked it up after 11 weeks with many attempts to contact them. Horrible business hours. They do not sew on school patches (or at least did not offer). Will try to avoid in the future.

Ordered 3 trophy’s from them and basic plates. Also picked a few side items. Pretty good selection on hand. A lot of shops require ordering so I’m glad i payed them a visit. Would definitely use and recommend them.

They have always meet our needs for the embroidery work we needed and the one off custom designs for shirts. They have always been a place we have used and will continue to use for what we need.

I AGREE WITH MOST OF THE OTHER REVIEWS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. HAVING A PATCH MADE AND 2 PUT ON A JACKET. WAS TOLD 1-2 WEEKS. IT'S BEEN 5 NOW. YES TEENAGERS USUALLY ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY KNOW NOTHING AND JUST TRY TO TELL YOU SOMETHING TO GET YOU OFF!

The WORST customer service. They employ teenagers who tell you whatever they need to get you out of the door quicker. I am a coach for 4/5 year old baseball and I asked two times about the numbers being on the kids jersey for pick-up and was ensured that they would be on them. I received the jersey's and huge shock, no numbers were put on them. Last season they mispelled names and messed up my coach jersey twice. This company only order from one place, knowing that Newton Recreation includes kids of all ages, so my 4-5 year olds are wearing 7-9 youth socks that don't even fit in their cleats. Even though the recreation agrees with me that the socks are incorrect for this age, Ludies refuses to replace with the correct size or to refund so that we can buy them ourselves. I will never have them touch another set of uniforms. I will have parents save time and money by shopping elsewhere. Icing on the cake, the Newton County Recreation Center gave me Kristen's number to call her directly about this issue (stating that she is the only one that I need to talk to because they are aware of the issue with the teenagers) and when she argued that I did not call her, I informed her that I left a voicemail on her cell phone and received the snotty response that “I'm not allowed to call herâ€. Very rude business!!! Do NOT waste your time or money.

Your stuff does not get done on time and they are hard to reach on the phone,I understand they get busy during ball season but they don't even communicate,it's rediculous,we are two games in and have yet to get our shirts or someone to answer a phone!!

It's a hit or miss when getting a friendly employee. It's a really great or horrible experience. But it's always certain you'll get poor customer service when a lot of people are there...they don't work well under stress and some employees will say they're stressed out. We've been purchasing from them for years, but it's not our choice...it depends on the coaches who's team we're on.

Ludies in Covington has the worst business practices I have seen in a long time. We have pictures and the uniforms are not ready on time? Paid on time, so there should be no excuse. If you are the vendor for a large client be prepared. I do not care what you had to order. If I have to drive to another state to supply a client I do it. If I have to stay up late to finish something for a client, I do it to make a dead line. Communicate when you drop the ball. Do not tell me something is ready and it is not on my arrival. Communication is key here. Further more update the telephone number thru websites you are affiliated with, again communication.
