Had my car there on a personal note of knowing the owner well we traded work I buffed a complete black Mercedes that his employees ruined and he was supposed to get my mustang running and driving well I found it parts missing wires cut ecm gone dings scratches dip spit all over it he never paid me for what I did either my car is ruined

This place is a joke. They over charge and never deliver on what they say they will. I found multiple DIP SPITTERS left in my car. They also just happened to send my car back on the road with zero oil in it... This shop will always cut corners and take short cuts to save themselves money and screw the customer. You would have to be ignorant to trust your car at this place. I used them because they were a friend of a friend but will never be back. They should be shut down and hopefully will be soon.

I do NOT recommend Lex Techs. I paid them to fix a VSC problem on my Lexus. After 3 times in their shop, still not fixed. Kept car an additional week to go on, surprise! Vacation. Never refunded money paid in advance. Went to them for a VSC issue that was showing up on my dash. I left there the first time with the dash light still on. I made the mistake of even paying in advance for an additional part they said they needed to fix it. I brought it back two more times to them. Still not fixed. The third time, we arrived to pick up the car and they were closed. Their answering machine informed us they were closed for the week – vacation! Left messages, but none were returned. Requests for refund were also not returned. Don't believe Gil had the knowledge to fix my Lexus and Misty, his wife, is not a good office manager.
