I arrived at store 11 minutes before closing to get my baby some Milk and a guy with blue shirt and long hair would not let me in he stated they were closed and I told him you all don’t close till 11p I just need to grab one item for my baby he was very rude said no and closed the door in my face . I called inside to speak with manager and she act like she was just lost and was just like I don’t know why he’s doing that he should’ve let you get baby milk.I just feel if the store is gonna close early then that should be stated online it’s very inconvenient and unprofessional don’t do the job if you don’t want to do the time. Thank god for Walgreens up the street.

Shoutout to Angela! I have had a very hard time using the digital coupons at Kroger and she was so helpful at the self checkout.

WHY do you have TWELVE self check out lanes if half are closed, then of the 12 regular check out lanes with a dozen people in each lane in line while only 3 of those registers are open? There are 3 people that work for Kroger literally just standing around near the front talking to each other. I left my cart and walked out. I will go somewhere else. I'm not waiting in line for 20 minutes just because you guys don't know how to staff your store of self check out lines.

This is the second time I have had dealings with Belial. He never speaks and always acts like your interrupting something important. He had his head this time on the table playing with his cellphone in his left hand. I had to knock on the window to get his attention. He again never spoke and acted like he hated his job.

I'll pay more and go to Publix. This store often lacks the availability of carts and stock. Recently moved things around in the store for no apparent reason. Stock carts often in the way and the store shoppers will run you over.

The pharmacy needs help waiting for 6 to 7 hours to get your prescriptions; this has been going on for three months. Why have a walk window if you are going to have a close sign up on it all .Do they realize some people can't walk far, and that was very convenient for them. I addressed my concerns to the pharmacy, and she stated they were shorthanded. I have been hearing that for 3 months. This morning, the lady seemed very rude, and she had to remember that customers are the ones paying her pay check. Hire more people. Stop inconveniencing your paying customers.

While they are under construction they are absolutely horrible. The lack of thought that goes into the customers while renovating is unbelievable. The fact that they completely closed off the soap aisle instead of relocating the soap while they reconstructed the aisle and told me as a customer that I cannot purchase soap during store hours is asinine to me. The employees are clueless as to where anything is which leaves the customers wandering around the store only to be told they cannot purchase certain items. To do so while the store is closed is understandable but you do it during store hours...someone with some common sense should know better anybody. I just can't understand for the life of me how no one thought completely closing off an aisle that has had it on it was not a good idea.

Typical Kroger. Customer service is hit or miss. Some expired items on shelves. Parking lot is big. Good discount section in back of store.

Poor customer service!(9/28/23 6:39pm)I clipped a digital coupons for $3.99 sodas. At the register, it kept ringing up for $7.99.However, I didn't realize I accidentally UNCLIPPED it while I was sorting through EXPIRED Pepsi 6 packs with July 2023 date that were on the shelves.I had read the coupon in my car before I came inside the store. It was definitely clipped at that point.Instead of the girl at customer service telling maybe I accidentally removed the coupon she LIED and said it rang up higher, because I was to purchase 3 packs of soda to get it for that price!!!I knew this was a lie, plus she had a lack luster attitude as if she was being forced to work. That made things stressful for me.The manager was not rude, but she wasted time telling me 3 or 4 times that my card was not linked to my account when I knew it was, and tried to tell her it was and has been for YEARS!She went into such wasteful details about when you sign up for the card, then I got confused because I been using the same card the same way, typing my number over 10 years.Obviously she was wrong. None of that what she was saying was necessary for the situation. It should have been obvious to her that since one of coupons worked, my card was linked!!!Finally, she suggested the coupon was never in my account.I knew it had been at one point, because I read it twice before coming inside Kroger. To end the argument, I said "OK, I see what you mean, maybe my finger missed when I was adding it." So I checked my coupons and I saw that it was unclipped! It had to have happened while I was removing the expired drinks from my cart, while my phone was in my hand and open and to my clipped coupons.I was so thrown off by the lie from customer service and being accused of not having my card properly linked! The customer service girl had the nerve to say "Let me see your phone"I was thrown off terribly by that! She should have been professional and said "M'am, make sure the coupon is still clipped" instead of asking for my phone! The nerve!!That's all either could have said, instead of one lying, and the other accusing me of not having my card linked! The manager was not rude, but the girl Saniya definitely needs customer service training in professionalism and customer sensitivity. Stop lying to customers if you don't know the answer! Just ask someone who knows! Lying to a customer is rude, and creates a bad atmosphere!Teens today know stores are desperate for employees, so they know they can get away with being rude to customers. Dissapointing

This Kroger is kept in terrible condition especially in the meat department. There is no reason why this department shouldn’t be in better condition. Shame on the store manager, assistant store manager, department manager, assisted department manager, and those that work in the department. Corporate needs to come in for a retraining if this is what the store seems acceptable.
