Always a great experience here. The pick up here is way batter than anywhere else.

Good pharmacy. Pretty good sales. I don't care too much for their meats ( I don't care for prepackaged meats )

Used a gift card to buy groceries. Gift card was declined. Instead of voiding the transaction Kroger or Kroger employee charged my card anyway. Now my gift card on line says that the groceries from Kroger went through. I didn’t get my groceries and they took my money. I went to Kroger and questioned the transaction and was told that they would not charge my card and that the money would go back to the card.Well a week later and no money on my card. Bad business practice , Kroger has lost my business.

Best Krogers in Georgia. Been going to this Kroger for years. Checkout staff is always amazing and they got great digital deals as well as sushi.

This store has potential to be a great store. The bathrooms need to be redone for sure and the pharmacy is always backed up. However the deals are normally really good. And the staff are friendly.

The store is way too small and cramped to even use their shopping carts. The parking lot is also chaos, you can’t even see where the lanes start and stop, which causes wrecks. Don’t go here.

Arrived at Kroger this morning (8-24-2023) promptly at 6:10AM and the doors were still locked. An associate opened the doors at 6:13AM and I proceeded inside to shop. I finished shopping and proceeded to self-checkout to pay for my items and none of the registers are operational. It is now 6:26 and I am leaving along with several other customers due to the situation.

After 4 years not visiting this supermarket, I went to buy a series of items required for dinner. As soon as I entered, felt an odor of potential rotten vegetables and a store that is worn down. I had good memories of what Kroger used to be.They still have a good selection of produce and the membership card gives you good discounts.

This is a smaller and older Kroger but it’s usually stocked earlier in the day. The employees are friendly and courteous. It out of the way for me but not bad. They need to upgrade all the Krogers in Newton/Rockdale to keep up with all the homes they’ve built here.

Second time in about three weeks that I have been in Kroger's Newton Plaza and displays showed one price and when I get to the register it rings up another. Upon closer inspection they have the same product on the display but different brands. Many times people do not know they paid more than they expected because they "assumed" the price was for everything on the display. In the words of Gomer Pyle, "Shame, shame shame!

Been waiting an hour for clicklist. They have one poor kid out here all by herself trying to handle over a half dozen wild and increasingly angry customers. This store has so many management problems. The parking lot is an absolute nightmare. The only reason this store stays in business is because it’s the only major grocery store for miles.

Victoria at the service desk was very unprofessional she didn’t ask for my ID. But did ask for my wife’s ID it was odd when she also asked how we got our money like it’s none of her business. And then when we said to her that was rude she answered the phone before handing us our money.

I had to go to Kroger‘s and pick up two items. It took me longer to check out, then did the park walk in the store and get the two items I needed. They were five self checkout stations working and three assisted checkout stations. There was approximately 5 to 7 people in each of the lines, when I asked, could you please open up another register the clerk walk down by and pretended like she didn’t hear me

This Kroger is horrible. Not only is it stinky, dirty, and never stocked, many items have expired and are still on the shelf, so you have to check the date on everything. And though there are a few nice employees there, most are rude and very unhelpful. I witnessed an elderly couple asking about the price of a package of bottled water. The employee they asked told them she didn't know and kept on stocking. That's just one of many times.Once a female employee and a customer were blocking the aisle while the dude (who was way too old for her by the way) was trying to get her digits and find out what club she goes to. Clearly, they could see me and five others behind me trying to get by but they never even took the hook up to the side.A day or so ago, I ran in to get a few things and as usual it was packed with people trying to get through the tiny, overcrowded aisles. An employee was cleaning up a broken wine bottle (probably because there isn't enough room to go by the display without knocking something off if it), and she was so rude to me and others trying to get by. She said curtly: Y'all know you can go around, right? Well, no we can't because the other way around was blocked and nobody but toddlers and anorexics can get through the plant aisles so it was the only way through.Months ago, I placed an order for a sheet cake for a party and a few days before I was to pick it up, I thought maybe I should call because it is Kroger and they are a hot mess. I called and the woman told me they didn't have the supplies to make the cake, which is fine. This happens. However, no one even called to let me know so I went to Ingles and they made one for me and called me when it was done. There are countless other reasons I detest this store. All I can say is the Publix is opening in four days, and I can't wait.
