The Caucasian lady that works the self checkout closet to the exit this happened 6/29/24 and other occasions she always watches me and also my mother when she comes in. Ive been coming to this kroger since i was 12 this lady spends more time watching african American people i think KROGER and its management need to have a talk with this lady because racism should not be in the workplace but then again its covington so its a normal thing down here

The 278 Kroger in Covington is really horable, i keep shopping there but dont know why, the store is dirty, shelves are always empty and the excuse is waiting on the truck to come in with the delivery

Went shopping at Kroger in Newton Plaza. I decided I wanted pastrami so I headed to the deli area. I asked the Caucasian lady by the name of Irene behind the counter to cut me some 1/2 pound of pastrami. This lady cut my meat without asking how thick or thin or even throwing away the first catch. When I attempted to stop her, she was done cutting my meat. I told her why she didn’t ask me, “ how I would like the meat cut” her response was, “ I cut it the way pastrami is supposed to be cut, thin. I advised her next she should ask, not everyone likes it thin. In my mind I’m saying to myself, who in the heck does she think that she can determine how someone is supposed to have their meat cut. This is not the first she has done this. Every time I see her back there I try to avoid having to deal with her. She needs to work on her customer service skills. I’ll just start going to Another location to have me deli meat cut.

Hi my name is Maria and I was at the Kroger in Covington 3139 Highway 278 today around 7 PM.
I just wanna take out this time and recognize this young lady name Logan ❤️ at the self help check out.
She went over and beyond and bagged all of my groceries ( when she didn’t have to) for me and was so nice and pleasant.
Even after I tried to tip her she wouldn’t take it and just said thank you ma’am and Have a blessed day.
When I tell you I needed this today because of my anxiety/depression issues and how I have been feeling these past few days and just having someone help me on the day that I truly needed.
It was a blessing! This little gesture that she did today actually change my day and how I felt today . God Brings people through your path for different reasons. This may seem small to others, but when you deal with emotions issues , this was simply beautiful.
So Kroger, you need to recognize Logan. She’s makes the sweetest and the best impression at check out.
This is why I will be back and make this my new store because of today. Logan is a Rockstar!

I was going to gett some gas but was stopped because they could not change a bill. The employee stated she couldn't change it because she just had clocked in and was rude about it
Like.it was my fault. .. Why would you not have change everyone not using a card....

Used a gift card to buy groceries. Gift card was declined. Instead of voiding the transaction Kroger or Kroger employee charged my card anyway. Now my gift card on line says that the groceries from Kroger went through. I didn’t get my groceries and they took my money. I went to Kroger and questioned the transaction and was told that they would not charge my card and that the money would go back to the card.Well a week later and no money on my card. Bad business practice , Kroger has lost my business.

Best Krogers in Georgia. Been going to this Kroger for years. Checkout staff is always amazing and they got great digital deals as well as sushi.
