I have used this pharmacy over 10 years since covid they are horrible and never enough staff. You can get a text your prescription is ready when you arrive for pickup is another hour because they haven't started it. Avoid at all costs.

Really bad customer service. I called earlier to make sure when my medicine will be ready for pickup and when I got to Kroger they said it’s not ready. Made me wait for 1 hr. I will be changing my pharmacy.

All of these reviews are spot on but that seems to be the issue with all the pharmacies in this area not just Kroger! No sense of urgency and forget about friendly….I mean you have all these pills you work with, find something that helps you with your people skills!

Horrible horrible horrible customer service (pharmacy).Never has prescription ready when promised. Slow as heck and the line is always long. They ignore while acting like their busy. I've been there when 5 people were working and no one was assisting customers.

Never enough people working. Window is never open so you have to go inside. Last time, people just cut the line claiming they had already been in the store waiting and they served them. Waited in line for 30 minutes because people kept cutting.

Literally the worst pharmacy you wait in line for 45 mins , they never have the drive thru open and they refuse to answer the phone I would not Recommend Kroger pharmacy

If I could give this Kroger pharmacy zero stars I would. Their customer service is terrible. I always submit my medication refills a full week before I need them and they are never ready. I always have to go in person to the pharmacy after 7 days and ask them where my prescriptions are. I am always told that they are in the queue. When I tell them that I submitted refills 7 days ago and that I need these medications they go and fill them but it always takes an additional 30-60min. There is never an apology or explanation as to why this happens every single month. I take daily medications that I cannot miss a dose on or I will have withdrawal effects. I filed a corporate complaint on this location but I have minimal confidence that anything will be investigated. I only use Kroger because the prices are so much lower with GoodRx, but I regret this decision every single month. In fact tomorrow I will be going in person to track down 3 prescriptions that were supposed to be ready on Monday.

I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy at all! They never answer their phone and their system doesn’t notify you that your prescriptions are ready so you never know when it’s ready. If they don’t have your medication or if there’s an issue with your prescription they don’t call you to let you know. Their customer service has also gotten really bad, attitudes are bad. I called today and as soon as I started as to check on my prescription the young lady placed me on hold. I really want to stop using this location but I first have to find a better pharmacy !

There have been multiple times in the past few months that I have called to get prescriptions refilled, shown up to pick them up, and been told that they either can't refill it yet or are out of stock. The issue I have is that they won't give you any courtesy call or notice that the medication you need won't be available. I'm on multiple medications that will send me into withdrawals if not taken daily, so it would be nice to know ahead of time so that I could make other arrangements. I've had it with this pharmacy and will be switching as soon as I can.

Had a appointment, got there 10 minutes early and they couldn't find my appointment. I had to show them my appointment confirmation on my phone and they still made me wait for a hour while they kept taking other customers. I will NEVER be returning to this kroger pharmacy
