My wife had groceries delivered to the house while she was at work and I was home. Whoever the driver was made absolutely no attempt to knock on the door and make contact with me but instead decided that was too much work and that it would be easier to put all of our groceries consisting of raw meat, vegetables, and frozen goods on the ground outside in the bushes to be covered with ants and whatever else. These items where outside for up to an hour laying in the dirt. How is exceptable?

While this location is not well managed, the employees who took care of my order for pickup this morning were excellent! Thank you Tia and Tasha for taking such good care of us. They are both friendly and efficient!!!

Despite them usually selling out of a few items sometimes this is a decent Kroger. They have all my vegan items in stock most times since I'm probably one of few vegans that shop here. The staff are actually nice despite some of them chatting among themselves at the self check out. Sometimes hard to get their attention but they're nice though.

Well they’re a grocery store with no groceries so this store is a complete waste of space. Apparently managing inventory and Kroger don’t seem to go hand in hand anymore. A little tip to management, reorder things BEFORE you completely run out. Every Kroger gets at least 2 shipments a day so absolutely no excuse for constant empty shelves. Publix and Walmart aren’t cleaned out all the time so spare me the “shortages” BS.

I just left this Kroger. I checked on line to see if they had an item I needed and it was indicated that they did. However, they did not have it. I had a couple of other items to pick up which I did and headed for the check out line. To my dismay, only one register was open and there were several people on line with heaping carts. the only other way to check out was at the self serve registers and the lines at these registers were all the way down the aisles to the end. people were muttering and complaining. After I checked out I asked to speak to a manager. when he came I said to him that he needed to get a couple of additional registers open. He had no response. I said the lines were crazy. To this he responded that was only going to get crazier during the holidays. I asked him if he had a long where he could make a note of my complaint. He said sure. I'm pretty sure he won't. I will never shop there again.

Ordered a 100 and 50 piece baked chicken for a birthday party celebration. Got the chicken home and most of it was barely cooked. Short on time for the event, I tried putting some of it in my oven to try and finish cooking it, that didn't happen, the chicken got tougher. By this happening I believe the chicken was cook frozen. Contacted customer service to tell them I received the half cooked chicken. The clerk tells me to bring the half cooked chicken back. Don't have time for that and definitely not keeping half cooked chicken in my kitchen overnight, producing salmonella poisoning, it is Trash at this point. I'm boiling over because this was for a birthday party celebration that was happening in less than one hour and a half. Called the deli twice because I just couldn't let it go. The deli clerk then tells me to come back in for a refund. Go in to the store and talked to the manager, not going to call him Mr, his name is Brice. He has the nerve to try and insult me saying he can only give me a $20 gift card for $150.00 of half cooked chicken that was trash and was thrown in the trash, when I told him No, that's not going to work he just walks away. No apologies or nothing, just straight rude with no customer service skills. I called corporate to make a complaint and will be calling the Georgia State health department and send them the pictures of the raw half cooked chicken they serve to customers from the deli.

Leaving another review, I had a customer service issue last week where the order was cancelled yet they still charged my card! I was told by Trammell the clicklist manager it would not be charged. I've been calling everyday for a week trying to reach Trammell or Penny bc they are whom I spoke with about the issue, I finally get in touch with Penny today and she passes me off to Darin who's knows nothing about what's going on and tells me I'd have to come back to the store,be inconvenienced again for an issue that began with their poor sloppy customer service. I will definitely be filing a corporate complaint, because this is ridiculous and I will try to spread the word about this store everywhere

This store is disgusting beyond belief and an insult to our community. I shop at Publix but occasionally pick up a few items at this Kroger because it's closer to my house. Over the last four years I have seen and mistakenly purchased more past expiration date foods than I can even fathom. I've seen greenish-brown bacon on the shelf ready for purchase, greenish-brown ground beef, and some sort of liquid dripping off overhead pipes into my shopping cart and onto my head. They are inevitably out of one or two things on my shopping list, especially produce items. Too often, items are not labeled with a price on the shelf. Unbelieveable but true, a checkout clerk and her bag-boy buddy laughed together when he insulted my husband's looks under his breath, saying that my husband looked "insane," and were stunned when I called them on it. My husband was mortified, but I reported it to Customer Service and neither party denied what the bag-boy said. Imagine how I felt when I shopped there again and again with those two still working there. That bag boy is lucky my "insane" husband didn't go all Medieval on him, carry his scrawny butt to the parking lot, and run over him with a cart a few times for fun, lol. Not once, but twice, they have put bottles of wine in a single plastic bag and both times the bottles fell through the bag, broke on the cement in my carport and splashed all over me and in one incident on to my new dress and the light grey upholstery in my car. This morning I opened a container of cottage cheese I purchased last week, around April 4, and it looked strange. I checked the expiration date on the package. The expiration date was February 13th. Expired TWO MONTHS AGO. No wonder it was 10 for $10. Boycott this unsanitary, rude, and incompetent store. Because if we keep shopping there we'll never get a better store with competent management, edible food, and polite employees. Like a Whole Foods.

By far, the best grocery store in the area. It is clean, well stocked and has great weekly ads. The employees are friendly, especially the baggers. They always help me out to my car and load the groceries in for me. The pharmacy is always busy, and wait times are long, but not any longer than competing pharmacies in the area. All in all, this is MY grocery store! keep up the good work and fantastic customer service
