“Service area is good, prices are fair. My only issue is with the sign up process. When I was looking for a new carrier, I looked over their website. There is a phone checker. I put in my phones data and results said I the phone (Moto G7) would work w/Pure talk. I called to order the sim, and the sales rep. ran my phone again..."all is fine". After installing the sim, the phone worked as it should, until I left the house and was out of wi-fi range. Nada! After two wees of "try this", "try that" , we determined that Android 10 would not work on their lines and I could not update my phones. When I tried to purchase two of their discounted phones, I was told that the discount only applied to "NEW CUSTOMERS"...Once I explained that their rep told me my phone would work, she "supposedly" talked to a supervisor who also said new customers only. Classy...Please note: Their website never advised that Android 11 or higher were required, or that the phones were for new customers only (even if they caused the issue in the first place)....
Perhaps you should post your phone requirements prominently on your website. Better yet, train your employees.”

I’ve seen a multitude of products displayed that I make me want to definitely come back and buy. The service I received for my issue with my 5g modem was top tier from Icesis (not sure how to spell her name ). A huge thank you to the manager also.”
