Bo, the owner responded to my 16 year old daughter when she got into an accident with my new to me truck. He helped calm my girls down as they were freaking out, first accident. He kept me in the loop as my insurance company was literally trying to steal my truck from me. He refused to let them take my truck to a salvage yard, (They said t was totaled, it was not) Bo was amazing from the second he showed up at the scene of the accident. I can't wait to do something nice for him in return. Good people are so hard to find in this world, this man is a treasure to the community! Support this company at all cost!

They were fast to get my car out of a off-road area and to get it to holding place , so it wouldn't block traffic , even though it was accident scene , but the one that caused it took off and got away!

I had a great experience with the owners son Quinton. He was very nice, accommodating, and sympathetic to our situation after my sisters car wreck. Service was quick and he was able to answer all of my questions and break down any alternatives to my tow. I will definitely be doing business with them again for my towing needs.

Horrible customer service. I called because someone had recommended hilltop to wash my car. When I called some guy answered the phone with an attitude. I was a potential customer and he sounded like he just didn’t care. When I asked if hilltop offered detailing services he just said “YEAH”. I had to be the one to ask the questions instead of him doing his job and offer his services to a potential customer. If you’re just going to talk to customers like that then maybe you need another job because sir you sound miserable.
Will not recommend hilltop to anyone.
