It’s sad when HR is the talk of town. No one wants to work at a place that has an HR team with attitude! One lady (black with dreds) has the nastiest attitude towards the sweetest people. SRG needs to check who they hire and who they have in a professional position. HR is somewhat the face of the company. People trust HR with a lot and to have attitude towards the workers is a disgrace ! Do better HR!

I worked here for 2 weeks which I was doing training on first shift I was trying to stay on first shift cause my wife worked first and we shared a vehicle but got moved to 2nd shift with no concern of sharing a ride the supervisor on 2nd shift in plastic molding was a straight up azzhole only cared for herself I would not recommend anyone to work here

I don’t know about all locations, but the location in Covington, GA is a terrible place to work! It’s obvious the supervisors there have been there for a long time because none of them know how to supervise. I’m not saying that they don’t know how to do their job, im saying they don’t know how to delegate the work, they don’t hold people accountable, upper management has no back bone or integrity what so ever! Over worked and under paid. If you’re looking for a place that’ll appreciate you, don’t look for SRG global. Hands down, the worse job I ever had, the worse managers I’ve ever worked for just a terrible place to work, I wouldn’t recommend this job to a person coming home from jail who’s never had a job!

This company is terrible too work for they show favoritism violates it’s own policies and doesn’t care about it’s employees long or short term very bad management and they will not approve the vacation time they give you so they can fire you
