Took my son there to get some energy drinks and they had what he was looking for next to the sale table. There weee two cases (12pk) with a sign on top of the cases saying the drinks were $1 a piece unlimited quantity. When I went to purchase the order the clerk stuck a hand held card reader out and said tap here. I tapped my card then noticed the case rang up for $38. I told the employee about the sign and his response was that is for the individual cans. I again told him the sign said unlimited quantity and he just repeated himself. I asked for a refund and he called his manager to ask how to give a refund without a receipt. I told him he never gave me a receipt and I never left the store! SMH! Then the manager told him I could not receive all of my money back. I the. Got a little loud but still kept my composure and my money was eventually refunded. The worst customer service I have EVER had from a retailer! Will not be going back.

Horrible customer service. Tried to call to confirm whether they had a product in stock. I was hung up on and when I called back no one answered.

Once again….. I drive here and they’re closed. It’s pretty common for this location to lock up, hours prior to closing. Retailers are apparently afraid of Amazon; yet failing to recognize how it’s their own failures chasing us elsewhere. I’ve allowed this location to devalue my time and loyalty for long enough. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, going forward. Hopefully they begin to value their customers in the future before others react similarly.

This place is NEVER OPEN. Every time we go, there's a sign on the door, "be back in x-time". Tonight we went there and the sign said "family emergency". The next closest place is half an hour away. After we've wasted 20min coming here.

Ghetto. Saturday afternoon at 3pm. Doors locked. Tuesday at 4pm doors locked. I guess this store creates its own hours. Trash! Go to Conyers on 138 for great customer service.

I swear this place needs to get itself together. The website says they open at 12:00. But here it’s 12:10 and the guy is just getting here to open the store. This is the second time this has happen to me. Not a good thing. GNC has to do better.

Yesha’yah IS MY HERO!!So i suffer fibromyalgia & have a really bad pollen allergy along with a very high nickel allergy, I have tried cats claw bark liquid a few years ago & it worked great!. The problem is every time I find it in liquid form it contains alcohol, I’m allergic to alcohol, I’m also allergic to pain meds, cold meds & so much more..I have been having a flair up for the last few days & decided to try the pill so I called GNC & got Yesha’yah I ask him about the ingredients, he informed me that the only ingredient was cats claw bark, like great!.. so I get to the store & I look at the other ingredients & was immediately disappointed.. so Yesha’yah informed me that those ingredients are only the capsules & that if I was to empty the capsules I should be fine.. wow!!!! Yesha’yah knows his job very well.. I’m so grateful to this guy.. I’m not in pain & I don’t have any side effects...Very grateful customer.Sera Maldonado..

Placed a outbound call on Jan 30 @ 10:55 am ! Young lady answered, once I asked did they have a particular project available, she hung up the phone... I called back multiple times no answer.. Very rude, and unprofessional... Bad customer service !!! This location has a lot of reviews involving no one being available during normal business hours... I will be reaching out to corporate

I normally have no problem with this location. Yesterday I arrived at 7:10 PM and there was sign on the door stating that the person would be back at 7:40. I came by again today at 1:40 PM and once again there was a sign on the door that said they’d be right back. Very inconvenient to go across town twice for nothing. Will be shopping on GNC website from now on since the employees of this location never seem to be at the store.
