This is hands down the BEST CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP! The most honest and transparent sales transaction that I have ever had with any GM dealership, ever! This is my third GM product. If your thinking of going to Cronic Chevrolet or Terry Cullin Chevrolet or John Miles Chevrolet. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This is my personal opinion and experiences not endorsed by GINN CHEVROLET so I can say that! I have been to all of those they don't compare to GINN CHEVROLET sale's team! Genuine Facts!
I would not waste my time writing this post or telling you to see John and tell him Shane sent you! This dealer was a complete surprise to me they don't hunt you down as you pull in the driveway. You will feel as if you are not at a dealership but at a local business that respects you and still dose business with class and integrity!
I had the pleasure of doing business with Fulton, helping me on his day off thru calls and text. John, helping me with the deciding factor and being genuinely honest about deal and advise on options, not your typical sale's man but an example of what all the others should be like! KC, very informative, making the paper work a breeze to go thru for "Sure"!
The Financial Department, you don't talk to but they make it possible to get you the best deal for the vehicle you want with no pressure!

The worst I have ever been treated at a dealership. We moved from Rome ga They would not accept my truck under warranty. The girl up front said that once a warranty has been started they would not work on the truck. NO warranty was started but she would not check the vin. The hateful attitude was amazing I spoke with two other dealerships and they said that it did not make since. Athens said they would just start another warranty claim. The service mgr said they were short staffed on diesel mechanics! Ah the truth comes out. Just tell me that from the start!!!

We just purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe and could not be happier with the service we have received from the very beginning. Charlie was our sales rep and he did a fantastic job making sure that we had everything we needed to close the deal. He definitely went above and beyond for us. We had a slight issue with the vehicle after purchasing but Charlie and his managers got us in right away and resolved the issue no questions asked. I highly recommend Charlie and all of the staff at Ginn!
