I HATE to have to write this review but.... I sent my friend here because Joel is my step brother, my friend paid cash for a car $6000. 3 weeks later the transmission blew out I told her to call them and they would work it out with her. They didn't, They didnt do anything except say, not my problem. If that is how they treat family imagine how they will treat YOU! They should do the right thing here and either refund or fix the car, I would think a 30 day warranty should apply. Caveat Emptor!

Very disappointed in staff. I have spent thousands there on my fleet of vehicles. One day my daughter's car was over-heating nearby so I told her to drop in. It was 530pm and they told her to bring it back tomorrow and they would look at it. A 16yr old girl should have at least drawn their attention to make sure it was derivable, but I guess when management is away, the employees will play. Since then, I changed location for fleet service, no matter how much I like them, I can't support employee actions.

I needed a battery terminal installed on my 2011 Toyota Yaris. I secured the part from Nalley Toyota who said the part COULD NOT be installed and that my car would need a new $2,000 electrical system (not including labor). We also took the car to Goodyear Tire on Brown Bridge Road who told us we needed the battery terminal and they also said it COULD NOT be installed. We kept the part and I drove down Brown Bridge and noticed this garage - I pulled in and told Jay my situation - he said of course he could fix it - did so in ten minutes and I had to insist on him charging me, which when he did, was more than reasonable. I have been looking for a quality mechanic for years and by chance, have found the best!! THANK YOU, Jay - you will be only choice from now on! GREAT JOB, GREAT SERVICE and GREAT PEOPLE!!!!!!!
