Food Depot, a local grocery store on Turner Lake Road, offers a diverse selection of products at reasonable prices. While they may not carry certain specialty items like Goya barley, the manager is willing to accommodate customer requests. The reviews paint a mixed picture of the staff's customer service. Some customers report encountering rude cashiers who fail to greet or thank them, while others praise the helpfulness and professionalism of the adult employees, particularly a standout employee named Courtney. The variety of health and beauty products is noted, though the prices in this department are considered a bit steep. Overall, Food Depot is praised for its good prices on canned goods, dry beans, vegetables, and meat. Customers recommend giving the store a try, as the affordable prices and wide selection make it a convenient option for grocery shopping.

Although the Food Depot on Turner Lake Road doesn't carry Goya barley, the manager tried to get FD Headquarters to send some. Have since found that Barley can be bought at Publix on Alcovy Road for a reasonable price.

Rudest cashiers ever, never greet or smile and never thank you or invite you back. This girl never acknowledged me or my husband. Will try another Food Depot location.
