Pray that you DON'T get on floor II dock 8, because you will have the worst experience of your life! It arrived at 11:00 AM and now at 5:00 they start loading. They do not have a loading order, they arrive later and are loaded first even if you are on the ramp. I pray to God not to return to this place!!!!

Use to be a good place to pickup. Dock 8!! Every since they changed systems,it's been super slow getting loaded. I use to arrive at Dock 8 to get loaded at 7am and be out of there before 8am or by 8am. It's hard to plan your day now when picking up. The guys over there are super nice and when they get their paperwork,loaded in 15 to 20 minutes. Wish it was like that still but now a long process. Seems like new system made it a slow process getting loaded. Hurts the driver daily drive time.

FIVER VISIONS 7101 ALCOVY RD, (FORMELY HERCULES) COVINGTON, GAWhen you arrive, you speak on the phone that is in the guardhouse, you dial Dial 3284, they ask you for the B/L # and they give you access to Dock 4, which is at the back, on the left and on the first street, another turn left, arriving on ramps. Very good treatment. There is a person who speaks Spanish.

These five stars go to Mr. Lee plant 1 dock 4 not the company. This man was a slice of heaven on earth. I was blessed to meet him and a simple act of kindness and 3 peanut butter cookies later my world was ok. Mr. Lee thank you, some days a driver may feel depressed or sad...but meeting you was well worth it! I hope you will continue to touch each driver and individual that come across your path! Load time was a breeze.

I watched my father work 20 years before he got regular hours, and almost 40 years developing products for this DEAD END. I see on products I buy the names of my father's engineered materials without my father ever have been given credit. He was injured on the job and forced into retirement. They are attempting to take away what he was promised for being a loyal employee and a valuable asset to the company for so long. Trying to take away money he has put back into this company after so long. You know it's not right. The ones involved in this will loose everything that they worked for as well as all they love. He's got a big family in bigger places. Besides Karma is a.... Someone needs to go back to Iowa before they cause the fall this company by illegal activities.
