If I could give it a zero I would have. I just ordered flowers yesterday and they are already dead. That’s pitiful and those were too expensive for that. So ridiculous

If I could give the Edible Arrangements in Covington less than one star I would. I ordered an edible arrangement for Mother’s Day and was given no time frame of when it’d be delivered. Then they tried to deliver it when my mom wasn’t home, and didn’t give any sort of notice when they’d be delivering the order. I tried to cancel the order, since the whole point was her it to be received ON Mother’s Day and the manager called me the day after (today) and said that I could not cancel the order and receive a refund, but that they would add cookies onto the order for the inconvenience. The order was then delivered a day late and an hour after the agreed on delivery time WITHOUT the additional item that was promised. I would not recommend this location to anyone that expects timely delivery or communication.

If I can rate this place a 0 I would. For Mother’s Day, my mom was supposed to receive an arrangement in the am and come 3 pm, the arrangement still did not arrive. After talking to a customer service rep she informed me that the driver messed up and left my mothers arrangement at the store and that’s why it was not delivered. I requested an early delivery because my mom was going out of town. The manager at the Covington location called me and lied to me saying that it’s busy because it’s a holiday making excuses not knowing I already know the truth that the delivery driver forgot the order at the store. Terrible customer service. Do not order from here.

Wasn’t really impressed. The picture looked MUCH better. When my mom opened the box, the assortment of cookies were all over the place, the toppings on the cheesecake were detached and the strawberry leaves were brown. I will not be ordering from this location again. Lesson learned.

I called because I needed a same day delivery for a new mom and the customer service was immaculate. The person took their time and helped me find exactly ? what I wanted. Delivery was smooth, it was a surprise and recipient was well pleased. It means a lot when you are very far away but can send a little love by delivery ?. Will definitely purchase again!

Good workers are hard to find!!!This review is for ROSIE.. I'm a few days late but writing this review counts... I made an online order and forgot to purchase the balloons, thinking I had time & I didn't. However Rosie not only went above and beyond (driver was about to pull off to make deliveries) but she assured me te balloons would be attached to my gift. Rosie did what she did & made it happen. What seems small to others might bebilh to someone. Rosie THANK YOU for your patience, assistance and caring gesture. You are appreciated !!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!This location will not send your whole order and when you call to let them no they will call you a liar! This location is very unprofessional buyers beware. This location almost ruined Valentines for my wife and daughter … check the other reviews

I can’t stress enough how the staff here went above and beyond to ensure that I got my order before close of business. There was a mixup on the google site stating they close at 7 and thought I’d have enough time to pickup. Due to COVID they now close at 5 and I would have been unable to pickup my arrangement the day I needed it. Will absolutely recommend and use this shop again.

I've always liked to get the fruit cups from Edible Arrangements until I moved to Covington. I've been to the Covington location twice because everybody deserves a second chance but the fruit is never fresh, always the worst pieces they can find obviously. I expected so much better!
