Initially the company was professional and nice.
Once my eighteen year old granddaughter and her mother bought her first car from them and had trouble with the car everything went down hill from there.
Before the car was paid off. The owner stated if she had any problems with the car, they would work on the problem.
The owner stated, it needed a motor about one month after she had had the car.
My granddaughter finished paying on the and also bought a motor for the car.
Now it’s 10 months since the owner got the car back and 5 months since the car been paid off and 3 months since he has the motor.
He has been telling her this and telling her that ; but her car is not fixed ?

Great customer service bought a 2010 Nissan Rogue cash a few years ago and no problems with it. Recently recommended my daughter to buy a cash vehicle a 2007 Nissan Sentra, the owner Kweisi provided her with the supurb communications through the whole buying process. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.nov.6 2019 I met Michiol Walker in Milledgeville to look at a2007 Nissan versa, that he had posted on craigslist post read Reliable looks like new& runs like new drove it like it went to bank got the cash pay for the car.i live in lizella ga. Didnt even make it home I notice something leaking under the car,call him ask about the leak said probably the air conditioner. Next morning a large amounts of fluids was under the car started the car wouldn't go forward or reverse call him basically told me it was my car my problem I bought it as is with no warranty. I drove this car 3 times each time to the mechanic after replacing the transmission hose 3 time cause it kept busting my mechanic Jack it up the transmission had struck something he was sure what and had been glue back with J b weld I couldn't believe someone would sell that to a 60 year old retired disabled on a limited income after I told him that was all the money I had to get a dependable vehicle ask him what he could do about it he said he would call me back.it is jan.28 2020 he order my tag for me still haven't received title. Couldn't sell it if I want to dont have money to fix the transmission so I'm just with no way to go and no money to get another vehicle. I'm so frustrated I have call him ,text and he just want answer my calls I'm filing charges with the sheriff's office failure to deliver ( a title) and theft by conversion. Calling the state of Ga. Use car board division filing a complaint and get there security bond information and I will see them in court might not go my way and might not get my money back but I hope everyone that take the time to read this will not get taking by one love autobroker plc, Covington ga like I did and get stuck with a vehicle that looks nice but not drivable and can't sell without title please beware of this thief and I say theft because I let him know about the problem the very same day he sold me the car ask him if he could swap out the car for one that works or maybe help replace the transmission said he would call back three months still no call.he knew very well what he was selling to me

Great business. The owner is very knowledgeable when it comes to the auto industry. He makes sure that the cars being sold to the customer have been thoroughly checked by the mechanics and driven and rechecked by him personally. Communicating with the staff is quick and they are all very helpful and professional. My elderly Aunt loves the vehicle that we purchased from Kwesi and Mike. I highly recommend One Love Autobrokers.

I agree the customer service is poor but once you do get a car from Andrew you will be satisfied...I purchased a 2003 Nissan Altona..no problems unroll I wrecked it...Overall great car!!! Highly Recommend!!!
