I've been here twice because my PCP referred me to them to check on my kidneys due to being a diabetic. First time here I stood at the front desk for 30 minutes waiting to get checked in, 2nd time I stood up there for about 10 minutes and my husband called them to get someone up front so I could get checked in for my appointment. I had issues with the ultrasound they sent over to the hospital because they sent 4 patients together. It took me 3 days to get an appointment scheduled because the hospital couldn't find my info for the testing I needed done. DaVita called me about 2 hrs prior to my second appointment to ask me where I got my ultrasound done... they called from a private number that threw me off to begin with... but not having my test results was weird. So I told her where I got it done ( they actually recommended where I went). Dr. seems okay, but overall, they seem entirely way to disorganized.

The staff at this center thinks they are “king of the hill”, talking down to the patients and the family members. They do not communicate well with the patients, or to each other! Do yourself a favor, find another dialysis center!
