The Covington CVS parking lot is absolutely embarrassing. The trash in and around this store is terrible. Super nice ladies working there. THIS is a manager and corporate problem that needs to be addressed.
Come on Covington. We are better than this.

Thank you CVS as a whole .. But this shoutout has to go to Rebecca aka Becky. She is very protective and professional each time she answered the phone gave me her undivided attention to make sure I received my medication in due time !!!!
Thanks Becky it’s pharmacy tech’s like you who take care of people like me !!!

I called this pharmacy April 16 and made them aware that I needed my prescription filled. The young lady answered the phone, and she stated it will be filled in an hour. I picked up my prescription and it took no time at all even though i had four cars ahead of me iin the drive through. Thank you

If I could give this 0 stars I would. My wife went up there to get her prescription filled and Samuel was rude af. He's lucky I was not up there during that altercation, you can't talk to nobody any kind of way because you have a white coat on. Keep messing around and you're gonna find out.

Can I go any lower than a 1. Absolutely ZERO customer service. The most horrible CVS in existence. Must be nice to have enough business to not have to provide anything resembling customer service!

You can get pretty much anything you want at CVS not just medicines at the pharmacist but you can pretty much get everything you need and I love it

I don't usually use this pharmacy, but it was the only place that had my prescription in stock. The drive thru was backed up so it took a little longer to pick up my prescription, but the pharmacist seems very knowledgeable so I will probably use them more.

I’m upset that Samuel from the pharmacy didn’t want to do his job, so if something happens to my kids because AGAIN SAMUEL didn’t want to do his job it would be your fault for not filling my babies asthma meds and had a blunt attitude. First at this CVS never again!

Every CVS Store, I’ve been to have offered great service and quality merchandise. The very few times something was not in stock someone made a note of it and gave me a date of when it will be in stock which is usually no more than three days if not the very next day. I’m always greeted at the door, and when I visit the pharmacy, even though there is usually a line, it moves fairly quickly, because the pharmacist or the associate takes the time out to make sure you are getting the right prescription but you know to properly administer it.
