The worst CVS I've been to, unprofessional and careless! I called waiting a lengthy amount of time, to walk in the CVS to see two staff doing absolutely nothing and right next to the phone! Could have saved myself a 25 min drive if they would have answered! Because they were out of the medication I needed, after giving me to different pick up time via text. Do not recommend this place at all unless you fine with being treated terribly and waiting hours for service Overall: GHETTO!

This CVS is consistently understaffed. I have 3 sick children and needed to pick up their medications. They originally estimated the time for it to be ready as just before 9pm. I requested that if it were possible for it to be done early I would prefer to pick it up earlier. Within ten minutes the time jumped to it not being done until 11pm. This is not a one off situation, more times than I wish to admit, I call the doctor and ask them to send it to a different pharmacy.

This is the only location that does not allow customers to use more then one manufacturer coupon. The coupon policies for cvs were 4 coupons per item. All of a sudden they have changed their policy at this location only . I've reported it the the BBB as well as consumer affairs . The check out clerks have lousy attitudes . Tiffany and a new young African American female, which she trained ! Both of their Attitudes really suck ! Great training Tiffany!!!

I needed help with something this store location and when I was able to find an employee to ask for help; I saw a woman by the name of JULIE who was on a personal call in one of the aisles stocking the shelves. I say excuse me politely and waited for her to acknowledge me. She didn't look up all the way all she said was, "there's a cashier at the front that can help you." she then ROLLED HER EYES AND CONTINUED WITH THE PHONE CONVERSATION. When I found the nice cashier about what I needed, I asked her where was the manager and she pointed right back at JULIE. CVS is this the type of person you want running your store??? The employee told me I am NOT the first person to complain about JULIE. JULIE was rude and unprofessional. Why are you having a regular personal conversation in middle of the aisle while working?! I will sending my complaint in about JULIE ASAP!

My son had surgery and was being discharged from hospital. I called to inquire if they had received them (2Rxs). They replied they were "working on it(1)". When questioned about the 2nd prescription , they said there had been problems with insurance with one but had gotten it "fixed". I asked about how long before they would be ready and snappy reply was "I have no idea". I explained we were from out of town and just needed idea of how soon to expect it so we could make plans . Smart A$$ reply was "9:00 tomorrow morning".... for pain Rx and nausea medicine after surgery? WTF? I had my son's Prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy. If I can get in touch with the district manager I will complain. (I am a surgeon). Don't use this CVS!

Pharmacy tech had a disgusting attitude! I will definitely stop using this CVS.! Not the first time we have had problems with them, but this was the final straw.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the worst CVS in the country. We travel for months at a time and can pick up meds from CVS anywhere. This CVS does not know how to count medications, pharmacists do not recount medications nor initial the bottle if it's recounted. I received half of my medication. Techs are supposed to be well trained, they can't count to 60, 30 is the highest they can count. The techs are supposed to call the insurance. This CVS tells its untrained customers to call the insurance. How do customers know what questions to ask? This CVS will not answer it's customer phone. It sounds like some one answers it, says to hold there are other customers ahead, puts you back on hold. Several minutes later the phone is picked up & immediately hung up. I called the main store, talked to the store manager. She promised to have a pharmacist call back. That of course never happened. No phones in this pharmacy apparently. Well they just ran into one that trains techs and pharmacists in insurance Laws and Ethics. They were promptly told what they are to do immediately. No pharmacist came over to see what was going on. All the techs and pharmacists heard exactly what was said. Perhaps the NDA (National Drug Administration) would be interested in the lack of laws and ethics in this particular CVS Pharmacy.

The retail staff are friendly and helpful. However, there is a pharmacist (woman) that works there and is extremely and unnecessarily rude. Not only did I receive her short tempered responses and snarky remarks, I witnessed her do it to other customers both before and after me. Someone pray for her please.

Happy Friday! Had an experience of extreme incompetence yesterday with a pharmacy employee and wanted to save you some frustration. Ahkra (sp?) is specifically the one to avoid, unless you don't mind being subjected to name calling and accusations while trying to obtain a prescription. The end result was leaving without the prescription and being taken well care of at the CVS on Hwy 36, where customer service is a priority.

I needed to drop something off for UPS to pick up and saw on the UPS website that this was a drop off location. I then called to make sure since I had never dropped off here. I was assured it was and to come in anytime to drop off and they would give me a receipt. When I arrived, the lady behind the counter told me they do not do that for customers and when I asked her to verify, she called someone on her phone who then told me that I was told this on the phone..... I WAS DEFINITELY NOT TOLD THIS ON THE PHONE BUT WAS TOLD TO COME IN AND THEY WOULD ASSIST WHEN I GOT THERE! Bottom line, liars work here and due to their inability to even know that they are a drop off point, don't even try. Thanks for making me have to wait until Tuesday to ship something on a holiday weekend because you couldn't be bothered to verify and then needed to try to make me look like an idiot by lying.

Usually they are very nice in the pharmacy, but today when dropping off my prescription I observed a young lady working in the pharmacy who was talking very rudely about a customer who had a complaint in the front saying that she wasn't gonna talk to her on the phone and she better come back to the pharmacy to talk. She just had a very bad attitude. When I came back to pick up my prescription, the same young lady was again behind the counter talking rudely about another customer. It sounded like a customer was being nosey and she loudly and rudely was saying how she's gonna put up a piece of don't cross tape cause people were nosey. I looked on the wall where the employee pictures were and there she was ALEXIS ANDERSON PHARMACY TECH. It just seemed very unprofessional how she was speaking about the customers especially if she is in a leadership position.

I constantly have issues here and they blame them on my doctor so it's makes me trust my doc less. Anyway, every time I go to the Dr and they send over my meds electronically, if I don't need them right away, then all the sudden the next month they say I don't have any refills on file. But if I happen to need some of my rx the day I leave the Dr they are available to pick up! So my Dr doesn't pick and choose which rx to send over, so what the shell do y'all do with the others? They're never on file!!!

If you can wait a week to pick up your prescriptions then this may be your go pharmacy but if you need your prescription before then you can forget it. I dropped off meds to that I need to use everyday prior to surgery and w as told 2 different times they would be ready and they still were not ready when I went to get them. Any prescriptions you need should be taken to this cvs 2 weeks before you need them or you will not get them. If I could give a zero rating I would. Like is said I was told they would be ready 2 time and were still not ready by the second promised time which was 24 hours later. CVS needs to hire more people to work at this store if it's going to take a week to get your prescription after dropping it off. ESPECIALLY if it is a time sensitive medication that is suppose to be used prior to surgery. When asked what I should do about their personal said you might need to reschedule you surgery. What a damn joke ! Like I said if you don't need the medication until a week later you make be ok for me I won't take chances any. They also leave you on hold on the phone for an hour or more. They either need to hire more personal to handle the load or hire new personal that can handle the volume. If it wasn't 24 hours I would never use them! My best advice to anyone is not to use this pharmacy if they can avoid it!! Worst pharmacy I have ever been associated with and I am a travel nurse.
