Trying to get help from pharmacy is a horrible adventure anytime. Asking a question usually begins in a monotone growl that ends with sarcasm and a touch of disrespect. Pharmacy personnel seem to believe that the customers are the enemy. The Enemy is CVS because they keep you understaffed with almost no personality and NO customer service skills. More focus on helping the customer!

This location really lives up to thier reputation 2.1 stars? they are so bad it's hilarious the attitude there is gross and when you get a text saying your medicine is ready only for you to wait in line for 30 minutes and they say we don't have your medicine is EVEN MORE HILARIOUS !! Just throw the whole cvs and staff away !!

A sincere appreciation for associate Myketa, she went above and beyond to assist my husband with a prescription on yesterday, without her input he would have had to make an unnecessary second trip to pickup a script that was already filled! Thank Myketa for your assistance!

Poor service my prescriptions are never filled or in stock they always tell me come back to the point I wanna change my pharmacy I’ve been waiting on a prescription for 1 MONTH that was supposed to be filled 3 Fridays ago

I am consistently on hold for 2 hours when calling to get information on my medication, when they finally answer the phone they are very rude. I’m switching to Publix.

They don't answer the phone and close the drive through frequently so you'll have go to the store to get updates on prescriptions if you can't get an answer through the automatic system. It's usually a long wait and very frustrating to find out your prescription isn't ready after doing all that.

Definitely had a bad experience there with some pharmacy staff members. Please, make sure your staff can show some respect. They don't know what that is.

This store is absolute WORST!!! I had an urgent care visit yesterday morning at 8am. Why are my prescriptions still not ready??? All of the negative reviews from previous customers are true, I totally agree the customer service is horrible and they are slow. I only use them because of my insurance and they are the closest to my home. I need to find another location this is ridiculous. It's always a bad experience everytime I go there.

This pharmacy is so slow it takes them so long to get one customer complete. I hate going here as soon as I find the time to change my pharmacy I am. It's ridiculous.

If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would!First, on 8/9/23, I go to pick up my daughters prescriptions. The tech Failed to inform me that the insurance only paid partial, had I known I would’ve paid cash for the rest while I was there. But it took me getting home and opening the bag and calling them back (waited on hold 38 min) to find out why they only gave me partial. She made me believe she was putting it in to be filled at that time. I go back Wednesday to pick up, the girl never put it in. No problem we all make mistakes, Thursday night I go back a third time to pick up medication. After waiting on line for over an hour! And only moving up by 3 cars within that time, I finally made it to the window, for the PHARMACIST, not even a tech, to tell me “we’re closed” told him I’ve been in line since 705 he said we close at 8, didn’t let me say anything else, he immediately slammed the window, quickly closed the blinds and turned off the lights. I am speechless. He was extremely rude in his mannerism and tone of voice.Not professional at all and definitely not in the business of helping people.

All I can say is. "RIDICULOUS" after today, won't be coming back to this pharmacy. Even if you're busy you can still acknowledge the customer saying " we'll be right with you. What a joke. This is evry single time we use this CVS.????

This is the worst CVS location. Where do I start? Staff is unprofessional, staff is rude, staff takes their time servicing customers, staff doesn't know how to open their mouth to say a simple "thank you" to customers nor acknowledge them properly. I kept thinking the service would get better, maybe it was just a bad day...Not! I have a horrible experience almost each time I go there, both drive-through and inside, face-to-face. Do they go out and hire the most unfriendly, rude and unsympathetic associates they can find? Since I am required to go to a CVS for my prescription needs per my insurance company, I will find another CVS location to give my business.
