Staff in the pharmacy are NOT CONFIDENTIAL in gaining your information and discussing your medical information. I am very concerned about their lack of HIPAA compliant practices. It appears to be a common practice to openly share patients' prescription information around customers. If I have another experience that breaches my privacy rights, I will consider filing a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) for this location.

Phone call wait time is over 30 minutes. It's day 2 and my issue of transferring my prescriptions over is still unresolved. The 24 hour store operates better than this one!!!

I was disappointed to not have contact with a greeter or cashier during my visit, which is not my usual CVS experience. Shopping and checking out seemed cold and impersonable, not even a “thank you for shopping at CVS”.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered prints online (which takes some time to upload, edit, etc). Get the confirmation email and number that my order is ready to be picked up. Drive all the way there to be told they don't have it. No apology. No way to fix it. Just nope, don't see it *blank stare.* Even after showing the number and trying to understand what could have happened, no apology, no explanation, no anything. Just all the workers looking at me like I had inconvenienced them by asking for my prints. Never again.

Poor customer service. Went to the minute clinic and the nurse did not even turn around to look at me while we were talking she was just facing her computer while I was sitting behind her on the patients bed. Very strange situation.

The staff do what they can with what they have…my prescription is always ready and great customer service.This is a pharmacy it’s not McDonald’s next door.have patience!!

Trying to get help from pharmacy is a horrible adventure anytime. Asking a question usually begins in a monotone growl that ends with sarcasm and a touch of disrespect. Pharmacy personnel seem to believe that the customers are the enemy. The Enemy is CVS because they keep you understaffed with almost no personality and NO customer service skills. More focus on helping the customer!

This location really lives up to thier reputation 2.1 stars? they are so bad it's hilarious the attitude there is gross and when you get a text saying your medicine is ready only for you to wait in line for 30 minutes and they say we don't have your medicine is EVEN MORE HILARIOUS !! Just throw the whole cvs and staff away !!
