This CVS store is just walking distance from where I live. The place is very well stocked and has some great people working. Bianca Felix is one of them she is very helpful and supportive.

I came three min before closing and had to literally go somewhere else because they had already locked the doors! I have a sick child at home and only needed one item! poor employee work behavior for shutting down early!

I called in a refill at 9:14 am today. They said it will be ready by one. Received a text at ten saying it was ready. Drove at 12:10 to pick it up and waited 20 minutes to be told it's not ready and give them another hour. Go back at 2:30 to be told it's not ready. Give them another hour, and on top of it these people have been really rude. Poor customer service, long waits, prescriptions not ready when promised. Covid tests performed in the drive thru really inconvenience the customers just trying to pick up prescriptions that are never ready. Most of the time you're lucky if they even have your medication in stock. Then they act as if you did something wrong and speak very poorly to you. Regardless of the kind of day you're having you took a job in customer service, it's really time to step up the treatment of customers before you start losing them. This is absurd!!! Will transfer to another CVS that's a further drive because my family and I do not deserve this. Shame on you CVS.

I have never had to wait for more than a couple minutes to get a prescription. When I go to the drive-through, the line moves very quickly. I find everybody that I've ever dealt with they're very professional and accommodating. I'm not sure I have ever liked a pharmacy better than this one.

CVS is quickly becoming the Walmart of drugs. I visited this location and could not get out of the store because there was a line at the self check out and there was no physical person to be seen at the front of the store. I refuse to use self check out so I put my items down and went to the other CVS store just a few miles across town. The same exact thing happened there. I will not check myself out because that is not my job. I do not work at your store nor do I want to. Thankfully Walgreens had friendly staff at the front of the store who happily scanned my items and placed them in a bag so that I could take them home.

I never experienced such rudeness in my life! I'm calling concerned about my child and speaking respectfully, the pharmacist lacked listening at all, I explained everything and he still asked the same question and had no understanding about what I was concerned about, I stated Feel I'm not being heard because of that, he replied I have to go, I have things to do my god I never.. then proceeded to hang up when I response well that was rude. We literally was on the phone for two minutes after I waited seven to speak to anyone .. rightfully so I waited like anyone else to have atleast 5 mins to get my son condition straighten out! I really happy I'm mature enough to handle this mistreatment and go somewhere else. However he should watch how he speak to people some will not take it lightly, especially about there child!

If I could give a zero I would, I tried to transfer my prescription to this pharmacy and they somehow managed to lose my prescription resulting in me not being able to get a prescription that was detrimental for me to take everyday for three days. The pharmacy was unprofessional and kept telling me it was a fault on my part when i had all the emails staying my prescription was transferred and ready. THEY LOST AN IMPORTANT PRESCRIPTION. do not use them.

The pharmacist woman there acts as though she knows more about your medical conditioner than the treating doctor does and makes decisions on whether you can get your medication all though it's due to be filled. I'll never go to that pharmacy whe she is working.
