The employees at the Covington store are great . Very efficient at getting you in and out the door . My issue is with crickets new software update.. my phone was perfect until the update. Now im just gonna toss this pile of trash out the car window and find another wireless phone company.. my phone is now super slow . Locks up. Does things on its own will im in the middle of texting, making a call .. using an app.. it just cuts me off and does whatever.. very very unhappy with this update.. matter of fact I'm gonna get a hammer and brake the pile of trash into tiny bits of junk. Bad thing is I was not given any choice weather I wanted the update or not .

I have had an excellent experience with Cricket, been with them for 5 years now. But on Sunday, May 30. 2021 the customer service I received in person, and over the phone was unexceptionable! I will not be returning to the specific location, ever.(Update: I had an amazing experience with the Cricket of off HWY 138 in Conyers, GA)

Went to pay bill . Buy new phone . And upgrade plan .. three days later I realized all I got was just the phone . No service as of now (thanks for wifi) ?♂️ "your bill is due in three days you wanna go ahead and pay it?". "yes mam ' just to have it cut off three days later . A little fishy considering my purchase was in cash ... Been a customer at this location for 8 months or so . And enjoy the conversation of the two other employees. This was a different employee than I'm used to seeing .. the one time a new person is behind the counter so e f#&@ s#$* goes down . Needless to say I'm not ever going to use this location again nor it's service. Almost 200$ for a moto gp (119.95) to NOT HAVE SERVICE . unacceptable!

When they're with a friend it was not right so we got to go talk to them about an hour got it straightened out so everybody worked out fine

The website says open at 11 and the woman at cricket on 278 was so rude and in store but wouldn't open the door. Need to update your hours online cause some people drive 45 mins to get there because they were the only one listed open. Never go back to that location.
