I cracked the screen on an almost-new Samsung. I was able to get an appointment to replace it at 10; it was confirmed. I arrived early. No one ever showed up, nor did anyone respond to calls or messages.
Response to the owner's reply: I got a text confirmation for an appointment at 10; most people would consider that sufficient. I got a repair elsewhere. (If you'll note, I generally don't write reviews unless I can give five stars. I prefer to boost local business owners, not criticize, but this was a bad experience.)
