“I don’t understand all the bad reviews, I think most are coming from people that aren’t fully reading the policies they have concerning different factors. It clearly states in there about your license matching in the system, as well as if you’re not a newton county resident. READ THOROUGHLY! Then you wouldn’t have to come in here leaving bad reviews making it look like them when clearly they are just doing their jobs! Anyway Kimberly was great! I needed a rental for work. I called that morning to verify my booking online, they answered and said it was all ready they’d see me at 12. Got there and there was maybe 2 ahead of me so waited maybe 5 mins. She pulled up my rental verified my license and I was done got me to my car it smelled so great and was so clean. I actually extended my reservation to do an after hours return for Sunday and it was just easy peasy woke up to my $300 deposit returned to my card. My daughter actually had to use these guys when she got into an accident and they didn’t have the type of car that was requested however she needed a car badly so she accepted the one they had but was promised a better bigger car the very next day and she got it. This place is beyond 5 starts they do really strive to satisfy their customers needs.. however they do have certain protocols and policies they have to abide by as well doesn’t mean that deserve bad reviews. Go well prepared and you won’t have any problems!!”

“I was in a car accident so I decided to call Enterprise. I sent an email to be call because my car had been taken to a repair shop already and I needed a ride to the local office. Although, I was not in their city I was closer to them than the one in my local area.

The gentleman worked had to get approval to give me a ride from his manager. I was in pain and there were about 5 people in front of me but it only took 10 minutes to be on my way.

They were so accommodating and kind. They were attentive and knowledgeable. This was the best experience I’ve had renting from Enterprise. I’ve been renting from them for over 35 years so kudos!”

“Great customer service from Craig! He handled my rental and a few others while I was waiting in the office, with amazing energy and complete diligence! I had few hiccups with my card hold due to fraud alerts but Craig remained calm and assured me that these things happen all the time but kept the energy cool and calm the entire time! I appreciated his pleasant tone and cool attitude! The truck we rented for a family trip to Tennessee was a smooth ride with the feel of luxury due to the interior being leather and fully loaded!
