Purchased a jeep Commander June 28, 2024 and less than a month it stranded me on the side of the road...275.00 to get it out, plus another 200.00 to have it towed to the house. I contacted c & b. She first told me to have it towed to their lot and they would fix it or figure something else out, but I needed to get it from where it was towed. I said ok. She then called me back and said they couldn't do anything, because I had it financed through another company and to call them. I haven't even had it long enough to make the first payment. I called her back yesterday and let her know I have the vehicle and is there anything they can do. She said they know some mechanics and she would call me back with their information. She never did. I am now stuck with a piece of junk vehicle with absolutely no help from the business that sold it to me. I understand an "as is" sale, but this is not ok for any business to do to anyone. Warning...you may want to find somewhere else...anywhere else...to purchase a vehicle.

The cars here were taken care of and clean. Denise was as sweet as she could be. Carol was extremely nice too. A great experience. Totally different than most buy here/ pay here lots. They really need a new computer ? and a web sight with inventory information. They would sell a lot more! Highly recommended.

They bought a Jeep from us & it was a Wonderful seamless transaction. They came right to the house & paid us in Cash.Were Very Nice Men as well who had No Problems coming up with Conversation.

The repoed my truck with 9,000 dollars worth of music in in Sweden off my truck been parked Carla sons never who ever they are was driving my truck around coventon blow a 1,349 amp and she lied but I have the house address where they stay so I will be filling charges dont buy from them they are not to be trusted...

They sold me a truck a little over 2 years ago the truck gave me problems as soon as I drove it off the lot, I took it back to the office, (*****) one of the owners gave me a hard time when I ask for my money back, she started yelling at me telling me the second I drove it off the lot it was mind. I am a senior citizen that needs a truck to supplement my income, now 2 years later that truck is no longer running.

If I could I would give this place a 0. Staff very unprofessional. They smoke in their building for goodness sake. The cars are not worth the prices. If possible find somewhere else. You’ll have to service that car immediately after purchasing. Never again.

I bought 2 cars cash from this company, less than a month the engine went out in one of the cars? I know it's as is but 1 month? I was told to leave the car and the owner would get back to me 4 days now and I still can't hear from him? My daughter have know way to school or work now. I ignored all red flags and this is what I get! I hope they correct this problem but the reviews about poor customer service is dead on!Well I just got off the phone with the owner and yep he worked it out with me! Happy customer!

I bought an f-150 and the owner said it was his personal truck and if it ever doesn’t run or messes up he would buy it back. After about a month it started turning off when I stopped and I tried calling the shop and the guy I talked to otp told me he never sold an f-150 so I’m out of luck and 4 grand
