Bart and Jeff were awsome this morning! Patched a nail in the company vehicle tire and had the "Right At Home" car back on the road in 15 minutes flat!!! This allowed me to keep customer appointments on time! Great job Bulldog Tire-- Covington, Ga!! :)

Bulldog Tire Discounters has been my choice for car maintenance since I started working in Covington 3 years ago. Each time I have needed service, either maintenance or unexpected repairs, they have been my first choice without fail. The service is excellent and reliable. I appreciate the communication with the staff, especially when there are unexpected repairs needed. The prices are fair and there are no surprises because of the ease of communication. Bulldog Tire Discounters in Covington will continue to have my business!

I’ve been bringing my car to get serviced at this shop for quite some time now, and on my most recent visits, I’ve been encountering issues. There are times I’m not given a call to notify me that my car is ready for pickup. When my car is allegedly ready for pickup, I noticed that all concerns I mentioned when dropping it off are not being checked. At times I have to bring my car back to the shop due to flaws in workmanship. When picking up my car today I was never given a call (though it was ready for pickup and possibly didn’t have to be at the shop all day), then at checkout initially I was just given my keys without any information in regard to my concerns. I had to ask multiple times what was going on, and the front staff response was very dismissive. The mechanics who service my car seem to be cool guys, and when the job is done properly, I never have any issues with my car. However, the front desk lack of communication and disconnect tend to ruin my experience every time.

Best customer service experience perhaps ever..Jeff and Ray got me in the building and refused to let me leave until I was completely satisfied.
They sold me as a customer by discussing services in which they offer without being pushy. As my repairs were being done they interacted with me on a personal level.
I HIGHLY recommend using them as a one stop auto shop that also has reasonable pricing!

Stopped by late in the day needing help with brakes on my wife’s car, Ray and staff were friendly and professional even though it was a few minutes before closing they stayed late and helped me get back on the road. Customer service like this is hard to find and I will definitely return in the future.
