They do not keep their word! They price gouged me because they knew I didn’t have any other choice but to pay it after they had my clutch apart! I had to rent a vehicle because they didn’t have my car even LOOKED at by the time it was promised it would be finished! Every time I stopped to check on my car no one was even working on it!! Their customer service was awful!!!! I will be contacting Better Business Bureau to file a complaint!!! Please save yourself the heart ache and go somewhere else?!

Bad customer service and unreliable car repairs. Battery not mounted correctly. Bolts are missing. They went thru my trunk and opened packages despite me telling them the parts are in the back seat and tried to tape it back. Luckily I have camera footage from my ring door bell on how the package looked right before arriving. Not to mention you don’t need to take out the battery to replace struts which is all they were supposed to do. I’m so grateful for having a full inspection on my car FROM SOMEONE ELSE days before bringing my car into them. This will make handling it in court easier. Owner has nasty attitude, she over talked me the entire time.

Unfortunately it has been brought to my attention that this company STEALS from its customers. They TAMPERED with the ENGINE and all they were instructed to do was REPLACE STRUTS.PROOF is in the photos and statements from 2 mechanics that worked on it 2 days prior to taking the vehicle that were shown to me. Im so disappointed in Angel and Angela. If they hadn’t STOLEN the engine cover we never would’ve suspected it was them. The BATTERY isn’t mounted anymore and you don’t need to do anything electrical to the vehicle to do struts. The ENGINE COVER should have never been removed because again these are strut replacement. We were forced to file a POLICE REPORT and a CIVIL SUIT with Newton County
