I didn't go here, but I did use their website and was very dissatisfied ?! I wanted to ask a question, I tried chat and all it did was suggest that I go to their website! Where I had just come from!I found another service for $15/mo called Redpocket! Check them out! And I got my phone from ebay!

Terrible! I never had a problem buying a phone until I went to the them! Terrible customer service! They lost a customer!
