Great store but I came across this rude cashier today on Tuesday, May 21st at 3:35pm. Older caucasian lady with glasses and grey hair. She didn’t smile or greet me at the checkout counter at all. I brushed it off then I politely asked her the same question about my loyalty card twice and she ignored me, then grabbed my card and proceeded to scan it. I simple answer to my question would’ve been okay. Once my transaction was successful she handed me my receipt and didn’t say goodbye or have a nice day or anything. She greeted the customer after me though. I hate to write this poor review but service workers are supposed to make each customer’s experience positive. I love Big Lots but my experience today was not it.

The employees was really helpful and friendly especially the little hot sexy cute looking blonde girl that works in the very back of the store and not only is she very friendly and helpful but she's also very attractive and fine and gorgeous and good looking too and I wouldn't mind getting to know her and I just might consider going back to that location just because she's very helpful too lol

Best Big Lots around. The store manager and assistant managers worked hard to make sure my issue with a furniture purchase was resolved. Take your shopping to this store if you want Big Lots deals with good customer service.
