I dropped off a coat with the belt to be dry cleaned. After picking it up and getting home, I realized they did not include the belt. I went back the next day and the woman working was very rude. She told me flatly they don’t ever lose anything therefore I didn’t include the belt when I dropped it off.I finally got her to agree to look for it and she said she would call me back in a few days. It has been almost a week and no word from them and I’m out for the dry cleaning cost and the cost of a coat I can’t wear without the belt. I would not recommend using this business.

I dropped off a coat with the belt to have it dry cleaned. When I got home from picking it up, I realized they didn't include the belt. I went back the next day and the woman was extremely rude and told me they don't ever lose anything. I finally got her to agree to look for it and she said she would call me back in a few days. I can't say I'm surprised that it's almost a week and I haven't heard from them. Use with caution. I do not recommend.
