The ATM continues to be an issue with deposits and eats the debit card… 2nd cardSuch a an inconvenience to lose your card and the branch is closed

If I could rate this bank for the speed of service it would be a negative 20!! They need more help! Every time you have to wait over 30 mins to get helped! Something needs to be done about this! This is not just every so often it’s everyday! Sometimes there will be 15 people in line with only one teller open! Can y’all please please help them with hiring some more help or asking other branch’s to help them.

Wish I could give negative stars. This is the second time the drive-through ATM has eaten my debit card when the other machine is down. Every time the staff has been in the building but it’s been after hours and they’ve been very rude about it. Also cannot even get my card back. Have to apply for a new one every time, so now I have to go through and reset all of my payment information. I’m sick of it tomorrow I am going in and removing all of my accounts would never bank with this company is the worst bank possible and the parking is always terrible and there’s always a huge line.

The employees here are very nice, but they need to1. Hire more employees, all the people in this picture were waiting on one teller. After an hour a second teller came, but they need like 5 tellers during busy hours like this.2. Maybe open a second Covington location, either near the new Publix, near the Ingles, anywhere, because this was absolutely ridiculous. I have a job and a family, I can't sit in the bank for two hours to do something I should have been able to do online.

I was a SunTrust client for 20 years and got sucked into this new bank . It’s terrible service sucks. The lines are long. The drive-through is ridiculous . If you come here to do a wire transfer or have a problem with your account or need to talk to somebody get ready you’ll be here for hours .

7/24/2023 - This branch is ridiculous!! At the drive-thru window, carrier already sent and having to wait over 20 minutes for the driver next to me. If a person has that much to do, it should not be carried out through the drive-thru. They should be made to go inside and complete their business there. It is not fair to other customers; and on top of that, only one person working the drive-thru.

my debit card got stolen years ago! they blocked it and gave me a new one, you would think is was the end of it, nope!on 6/27/2023 someone used the card ,and charged $$$ at Urban air /a trampoline park in GA not even a text alert was done , I called the fraud line it was a complete mess with foreigners, went to the bank and they could not explained why the heck a card that was supposed to be destroyed, blocked ,gone, would be used and money withdrawn, do you know what they said? even though cards are blocked when they are stolen they are still link to the account! meaning security is a joke!. took my business somewhere else. Security is a high risk with this bank/after they change from BBt to Truist.

This bank use to be great now it's not! If they don't fix my account and refund those crazy fees I will close my accounts and take my business elsewhere!

The Covington Branch has promised to call me back with an on going issue we had with BB&T/Truist and have not go back to me. It is the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I have talked to the manger, two loan officers and others there. We were with them for close to 20 years. The issue is over a year old and they want resolve it. I have been to the branch many times.

I’m new to the area and need a bank I saw a commercial with a seemingly lovely Alicia so I googled the bank, however the reviews are the worst for the ONLY Covington area..Most complaints are of the parking lot and slow service in the lines as well as the getting IN & OUT…With all that I am Detoured to give my business! My suggestion is for someone In Charge to take these Reviews Seriously!

Horrible customer service! They stopped bank statements from coming and when they were asked for them to start sending them, after several phone calls and several requests, (the computer said not deliverable for some unknown reason) they charged 5.00 each for the two statements that they didn't send and should have been sent monthly. They obviously do not care about their costomers. Horrible business.
