This store along with Ashley’s are the worst possible places to buy furniture. We bought a $2,000 couch here less than 2 years ago and were promised if we bought the extended warranty it would cover everything and we asked many questions and were just lied to repeatedly which we now know after having issues less than 2 years later. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. I’ve thrifted couches for less than 1/4 of the price that have lasted longer than 2 years.UPDATE: in case anyone is wondering I called and emailed as their response requested and it’s been 1 week and I haven’t heard back

I'm speaking for a ninety year old senior who purchase a living room set at this location and was told that the furniture will be delivered on a certain date they never show up and she had to call them to find out they couldn't deliver it while her blood pressure is raising after they promise her it would be there after two different date changes should she get her money back and take her business else where? One lie after another.

Very friendly staff with excellent customer service. They have a beautiful and clean showroom with a good selection of furniture. I definitely recommend this place for all your furniture needs.

Walk in today to get a mattress was never greeted never said hello the two ladies just held on to there conversation will never shop at this location so rude bring my business back to the conyers location!!!!!! Shop conyers location much better customer service

Do not answer phone, Called 12 times, recorder says party has not set up answer machine. Called another Badcock and they could not get phone answered. Furniture purchased in Nov. 2021 was to be delivered Jan. 17, 2022, did not happen. Told by sells lady COVID delay would be Feb. 7, 2022. Today is Feb. 7, 2022 and no delivery. Called this A.M. told by another sells lady it was going to be Feb. 17, 2022. When told details she said to call back, my sells lady had stepped out for a few minutes, then told me she had gone to bank, call back in an hour. Like I said before have called 12 times with no answer. Want furniture do NOT tell me Its COVID related again. Have sales order # on paperwork along with sales person letters and number. Very upset to say the least!!!

Jess is wonderful. This store has been our go to place for most of our furniture and accessories. Dealing with a lot of issues due to the supply chain but Jess and her staff worked tirelessly to find what we needed and helped us get it setup just in time for the holidays.

I walked in the store yesterday excited to purchase furniture to only be ignored. I got no greeting, no welcome, nothing. They look at me like I was invisible. It was so bad I thought the workers were customers. It wasn’t even busy and I got ostracized. They must get a lot of sales not to care about ALL customers. Good for them. This Pandemic got everybody forgetting mannerisms. Customer service count to guys. Treat everybody the same, not just certain groups.

Don't expect help if you power recliner needs work. Too many places to buy furniture from. It's cheap stuff, but I tried to buy local. The Cleveland Ga location is customer no service, and so is corporate. Tried to call the 800 line to get help, they shut me down also.
