The staff there is unprofessional especially the so call manager. According to them, its not mandatory to change out car battery which is a lie. I have been to several autozone and they replaced my battery. When asked the so call manager his name, he refused to say, what kind of manager is that. Oh and just to let you know, healthy hygiene is plus when you are working with customers. Its a shame to be smelling bad at 07:50am. I am referring to the white guy with the long hair.

If you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on customers.
I would suggest new management in place of Mr. Steven Boyd.
I asked if he could price match a product that costs more and requires more work from $23 to $20.
He said he would give me the military discount and then didn’t change the price.
He remained calm and wasn’t loud but clearly had a little attitude and made a smart remark about the price.
I asked him again about it and he ignored my question and told me the after tax price… It’s the facial expression that was made that warranted the review. Not only that but don’t say you’ll do something and then not.
It’s one thing to say no, but another when it’s done in a rude fashion.

Terrible I will never come back I was here on 3/9/2024 the young black guy with the locs in his hair very rude no good customer service skills at all he needs to be fired told me y’all don’t change head lights because it’s dark outside when it’s lights in front of the store for a reason yeah so I can get pulled over and get a ticket all because he wants to be rude I’m done with this place

This the worst AutoZone I have ever being and call for parts. All workers are rude, customer service is the worst. They don’t know how to talk to people, leave you on hold for over 20 minutes talking the there coworkers. It’s 5 minutes away from me and I drive 15 minutes just to get better customer service. Y’all loosing customers because of y’all workers. None care about the job. I hate y’all store

Just left there and Danielle was AMAZING!! I had no clue cause I'm old lol she helped me choose what I needed, replace it, and gave me information about my product. One of my best experiences with AutoZone. Thank you Danielle.

Horrible horrible customer service let me just start by saying that. I myself am a manger at the autozone in California store #5343.! I walked in with my parents thinking it would be the same great customer service in California but I was proven wrong. I walked in to ask for prices to one of the mangers I believe last name santos if I remember correctly. He didn’t know what a washer fluid revisor or recovery tank was and told me to go get the washer fluid so then I proceeded to tell him again I ended up paying for what I needed and walked back in for the OBD2 scanner to the only red shirt that was there with NO NAME TAG!! And asked for it and he proceeded to ask if I knew how to use it not knowing I myself am a autozoner and I told him yes and he rolled his eyes at me in front of my parents. I was so disappointed in the customer service at this store!.

I was extremely pleased with the customer service and assistance at this location. The gentleman "Keziah" was very knowledgeable about what I needed. Helped me save money on something the dealership wanted to charge me a zillion dollars for and really went out of his way to help me out a lot. The manager Mr. Melvin was very polite. Everyone in there really had awesome attitudes. I highly recommend this location. ?
