Employee CME,at Elm St covington location, was such a gentleman! Helped me out. I didn't ask,even though what I thought was the problem wasn't and he got up under my truck in 100 degree temp and found a wire loose. Kudos to CME! I can't thank you enough.

I purchased a premium Duralast gold battery with an extended warranty. The battery failed within a few years and left me stranded. I called for a warranty swap and was told to bring it into the Covington store. After arriving I was asked to leave the store for an hour while a battery diagnostic is as ran. After wasting my time for an hour, the store manager refused to exchange my battery even after verifying the warranty as active in their system. I would not recommend buying anything from here as they do not honor warranties. I will be purchasing my batteries at Costco in the future.
Update: The store manager Matthew reached out to me and offered a solution. He was very professional about the issue. I appreciate the help from both AutoZone support and Matthew in a timely manner. Thanks!

Customer service stinks and I purchased the wrong starter because they gave me the wrong one , so it was not my fault and upon bringing it back I was told that I cannot get a refund or exchange it for another. I I called the corporate manager and I got what I needed done because the store was just sorry.. my suggestion is to use O’Reillys because O’Reillys will match anyone’s prices and they have great customer service

I would like to say thank you to a gentlemen name LOS. He was extra patient and kind with me today. Helped me find the car parts I needed. Which included calling another location to make sure they had the part in stock before driving there. Your service was Extraordinary sir!!! Which this world is lacking lately.
