“My first experience at Caliber collision left me feeling Absolutely Stress Free. The day of drop off for my vehicle I was warmly greeted by the Team and debriefed on the process making it feel smooth and engaging, Terrene was very patient with me, she listened and noted my concerns, then conducted the walk around estimation with professionalism and impressive precision, not missing a dent. After the hand off she also promptly set up the rental company Enterprise to pick me up and get me moving asap.
The following days Terrene and crew continued to demonstrate their drive for customer care by consistent updates on the status of my cars estimation, progress, and stages of completion through text and call. within a week a half my car was ready for pick up.
The pictures below only tell half the story, Trevor who worked on my car went out of his way to help me get my car back even sooner on the weekend they were closed. I came back to my car looking washed and Beaming! As he detailed to me the workman-ship done, Trevor had addressed my concern and rebonded my bumper that to my surprise was poorly and improperly bonded by a previous mechanic. With a completely refreshed and rebounded bumper I waited a month to see the how the work held up and it looks as fresh a the day I picked it up. Calibers team, truly left me satisfied with their speed, talent, care and attention to detail.”

“We had the best experience with Dean. Someone broke into our car and smashed the window. When we took it in for a consult he was kind enough to vacuum the glass and place a temporary film over the window until the glass came in. He also charged a fare price! Will definitely come back if needed in the future.”
