I used this company to mount 4 televisions and an alarm install. This was a pricey job and was charged about 1,500. The owner Trey seemed nice enough as we only spoke by phone. His workers came out and did the install and they did do a good job. However, the problem is after Trey gets your money he will not follow up with any issues. I tried to get another camera installed, he ignored that request. I have called, texted and sent a support ticket regarding my alarm not working. He told me he was driving and would call me right back. It’s 2 weeks later and I still waiting. I have not had my alarm system for 2 weeks and nothing from him. I have Xfinity installing a new system as I type this. I wish I would have saved myself some money and just used Xfinity in the beginning.

I have had Allstar alarm and sound for 10 years since my home I was built and they have been on point with all aspects of my system since day one if I’m alerted it’s only seconds before I get a call about it service is great with not one complaint

Arrived on time for set appointment. The technicians were knowledgeable, as well as kind and courteous. They got my security cameras installed and gave great instructions for how to use the remote monitoring service provided. The quality of the camera recordings great! Great product. Great service.

Had a low battery sensor. Got a phone call earlier in the week. Completely forgot until Friday night when I come home to a steady beeping sound. Called after hours and very surprised that I got a human. Trey was great. Walked me through the process with kindness and patience. Six years of GREAT service. Highly recommended!!

AllStar Alarm & Sound did a phenomenal job on the installation of my security cameras around my home. No blind spots like I asked and hung up a TV for constant monitoring. Friendly top notch service. They stayed until the job was finished. I would recommend them to anyone!

We contracted with AllStar Alarms & Sound during the summer of 2018. Currently, after thousands of dollars, our intercom and doorbell systems are not working. This includes equipment we have paid for. It took constant phone calls and texts to get them back to fix the ongoing problem. Each time, it cost more money. We are done, decided to quit while we were ahead despite no-working equipment. I don't recommend this company.

This is a great company, and the prices are good! the monitoring service is very quick to respond. Everyone we have dealt with here has been super nice and professional. When we moved, we made sure our new home was secured with AllStar. Thanks for the great service Trey!!
