To the owner of Mayfield Ace Hardware. I want to let you know that you have an outstanding employee. This employee went out of her way to help me get a generator to help my parents have power. She took my name and number down to let me know when it arrived. I called and a young man told me I wasn't gonna be able to get it until tomorrow. She immediately called me back and said my generator was there. This is what I call superior customer service. And for that great customer service I will be back again. This employee is Ms MB. Thanks MB your the greatest!!!

Anywhere i can go and find exactly what I need, and crack a few dad jokes is A1 in my book. while in the nuts, bolts, and screws isle, someone said, " I wish I had two of these nuts." I said, "I bet it's driving you nuts." Haha, he said "it making me screwy." Haha.

The warranty on plants stinks. After less than one month, I had one that was not thriving at all. The other four plants I bought were doing fine, planted by me, and located in the same general area, so I know that I got a bad one. Mayfield's response was that they don't exchange or return for that reason. I paid more money for this plant by coming here and not a big box store. I expected to get better service or at least service that matched the big box stores. Started moving my business to Tractor Supply. So far, so good.
